È stata inaugurata stamattina, nella splendida cornice di Piazza del Popolo, la 48ª Mostra Mercato dell’Artigianato della Valtiberina Toscana, che si protrarrà fino al 1° maggio nel centro storico di Anghiari. Tradizione e innovazione, interessanti iniziative e soprattutto le ECCELLENZE del fatto a mano che come sempre mettono in evidenza le qualità delle opere prodotte dagli artigiani presenti e che i visitatori possono scoprire nelle caratteristiche botteghe del centro storico di uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia.
Un mix vincente fin dalla prima edizione e che si è rinnovato ancora una volta, in un clima di entusiasmo e di fronte a una bella cornice di pubblico. Alla cerimonia di inaugurazione, aperta come sempre dalle note della Banda della Filarmonica P. Mascagni di Anghiari, hanno partecipato gli organizzatori, i rappresentanti delle istituzioni e degli sponsor e gli illustri ospiti presenti. Ad aprire la serie degli interventi è stato il sindaco di Anghiari Alessandro Polcri, poi si sono susseguiti i saluti del Prefetto di Arezzo Maddalena De Luca, del Questore di Arezzo Maria Luisa Di Lorenzo, del consigliere regionale Vincenzo Ceccarelli, del consigliere provinciale Matteo Del Barba, del presidente Camera di Commercio Arezzo-Siena Massimo Guasconi (presidente Camera di Commercio Arezzo-Siena), del presidente della Banca di Anghiari e Stia Credito Cooperativo Paolo Sestini, del vicepresidente CNA Arezzo Andrea Marsupini, del Presidente di Confartigianato Arezzo Maurizio Baldi, del sindaco di Sansepolcro Fabrizio Innocenti e del Parroco di Anghiari Don Alessandro Bivignani. Dopo la cerimonia ed il taglio del nastro, la mattinata è proseguita con la visita nelle botteghe del centro storico che ospitano i tanti e sempre bravissimi artigiani presenti e all’esposizione dedicata al settore artistico “I Mestieri dell’Arte fra Tevere e Arno”, da tanti anni ormai una delle iniziative più importanti promosse in occasione della mostra per mettere in evidenza le opere d’arte prodotte dalla maestria degli artigiani. La 48ª edizione ha preso il via ed animerà il centro storico di Anghiari fino al 1° maggio, mettendo ancora una volta in bella mostra le eccellenze di Artigianato e Arte in uno dei Borghi più belli d’Italia. Da segnalare i tanti visitatori presenti già in questa prima giornata, la collaborazione con il Comune di Gradara ed il coinvolgimento del Liceo Artistico Giovagnoli (l’ex Istituto d’Arte), luogo da cui nel corso degli anni è partito il percorso professionale di tanti artigiani.

Questi gli orari di apertura delle botteghe artigiane: prefestivi e festivi dalle 10:00 alle 19:30, feriali dalle 10:00 alle 12:30 e dalle 15:00 alle 19:00.
LE INIZIATIVE IN PROGRAMMA
- 23 e 24 aprile: “gioco storico e didattica ludica della storia”, a cura dei servizi educativi di Gradara Innova s.r.l. con Ceramiche Pompucci.
- 23 aprile: alle ore 17:30 nella Sala del Consiglio di Palazzo Pretorio “Nelle mani tornate sapienti – il futuro del Made in Italy” con la presenza di Gabriele Centazzo, imprenditore e designer, fondatore e presidente emerito di Valcucine.
- 25, 29 e 30 aprile: “liuteria e tessitoria storica”, con visita ai laboratori del Liceo Artistico Giovagnoli
- 30 aprile e 1° maggio: “arte calligrafica e scrittura amanuense”, a cura di Scritto a Mano – scriptorium amanuense di Stefano Gelao.
- 30 aprile: presenza in paese di una rappresentanza delle Associazioni Storiche Corte Malatestiana e Corpo di Guardia di Gradara
- 30 aprile appuntamento musicale con la jazz band romana “A Momentary Lapse Of Happiness”
- 30 aprile e 1° maggio “Music Fest”, a cura di Mearevolution(ae), musica e relax presso la Piazzetta del Poggiolino.
Visite guidate nel centro storico organizzate in collaborazione con il Museo della Battaglia e di Anghiari e appuntamenti al Teatro di Anghiari il 22 aprile e il 30 aprile (info nel sito del Teatro di Anghiari.
