È quanto spenderanno i toscani durante i saldi estivi 2023 secondo le previsioni di Confcommercio Toscana. “Si tratta di una stima parziale, a cui andrà aggiunta la spesa dei tanti turisti stranieri ed italiani in visita nella nostra regione – spiega il direttore di Confcommercio Toscana Franco Marinoni alla vigilia della partenza ufficiale delle vendite di fine stagione, fissata al 6 luglio– ma ci fa comunque ben sperare:
il budget che le famiglie toscane vogliono destinare agli acquisti in saldo è risalito a 213 euro. Un bel salto rispetto alle ultime tre estati segnate dalla pandemia, quando si aggirava intorno ai 180 euro. Ancora però – segnala Marinoni – non siamo tornati ai livelli del 2019, che erano di circa 230 euro a famiglia”. Le attese dei negozianti sono alte. “Viviamo un momento stranissimo, in cui è difficile capire i comportamenti di acquisto dei consumatori – sottolinea il presidente regionale di Federazione Moda Italia -Confcommercio Paolo Mantovani – da una parte si avverte grande voglia di fare acquisti, dall’altra continua la preoccupazione per i problemi che attanagliano l’economia, tra inflazione e rincari. Due aspetti che durante i saldi però si compensano, grazie alla possibilità di approfittare degli sconti, che saranno subito piuttosto alti: dal 30% in su”. Circa 6.300 in Toscana i negozi coinvolti dal fenomeno saldi, tra abbigliamento, calzature, pelletterie, articoli sportivi, intimo e tessuti. Per loro si prospetta un +5% degli affari rispetto al 2022. “C’è davvero tanto interesse da parte dei nostri clienti, speriamo si trasformi in acquisti effettivi. Un buon assist ce lo dà l’arrivo del caldo – prosegue il presidente di Federmoda-Confcommercio Toscana – Purtroppo la stagione primavera-estate 2023 è stata rovinata dal maltempo, soprattutto nella prima parte. Dalla seconda metà di giugno, il caldo e le prime partenze per le ferie estive hanno spinto un po’ le vendite, ma è indubbio che tante persone abbiano preferito aspettare i saldi per rinnovare il guardaroba o scegliere cosa mettere in valigia. Ecco perché ci aspettiamo un aumento degli affari, benché con margini di guadagno molto risicati”. “La partenza dei saldi in un giorno feriale probabilmente rallenterà lo sprint dell’inizio: il picco delle vendite è atteso per venerdì 7 e soprattutto sabato 8”. Tante, in tutta la Toscana, le iniziative di apertura serale dei negozi, per incentivare lo shopping nelle ore meno calde della giornata e libere da impegni di lavoro: “così la caccia al buon affare diventa anche un’esperienza divertente da condividere con famiglia e amici, una vera e propria shopping experience”, dice Mantovani. Le vendite di fine stagione dureranno 60 giorni e riguardano tutti i capi a carattere stagionale o di moda, suscettibili di deprezzamento. Come sempre, Confcommercio Toscana ha ricordato ai propri associati le principali regole da rispettare, ai quali quest’anno si aggiungono le novità introdotte dal Codice del Consumo, entrato in vigore lo scorso 1° luglio. “Ha modificato le norme su sconti, promozioni, liquidazioni e saldi e per la prima volta ha introdotto una regolamentazione anche delle vendite online, come da tempo richiedevamo per tutelare il principio ‘stesso mercato, stesse regole’ – sottolinea il direttore di Confcommercio Toscana Franco Marinoni. Da non dimenticare la corretta indicazione del prezzo: quello normale di vendita (che, in base al D.lgs 26/2023, è il più basso applicato nei trenta giorni precedenti l’avvio dei saldi) e lo sconto. Secondo le stime dell’Ufficio Studi di Confcommercio, il valore complessivo dei saldi estivi 2023 in Italia sarà pari a 3,4 miliardi di euro.

3. Pagamenti: le carte di credito devono essere accettate da parte del negoziante e vanno favoriti i pagamenti cashless.
4. Prodotti in vendita: i capi che vengono proposti in saldo devono avere carattere stagionale o di moda ed essere suscettibili di notevole deprezzamento se non venduti entro un certo periodo di tempo.
5. Indicazione del prezzo: obbligo di indicare il prezzo normale di vendita (che, in base al D.lgs 26/2023, è il prezzo più basso applicato alle generalità dei consumatori nei trenta giorni precedenti l’avvio dei saldi) e lo sconto.
