AREZZO ‘ L’assessore Manneschi: “Massima attenzione al bisogno primario rappresentato dalla casa.Una procedura più facile e accessibile per le domande legate all’emergenza abitativa”On line l’accesso per le domande di intervento alla Commissione Territoriale per il contrasto del disagio abitativo
, un’altra importante opportunità per quei cittadini che versano in situazioni di emergenza abitativa a seguito di sfratti esecutivi e che hanno bisogno di supporto nel percorso di rilascio del vecchio alloggio e di individuazione di una soluzione alternativa.
L’assessorato alle politiche abitative ha portato a termine un percorso che si è concretizzato in una facile e accessibile procedura guidata online per la formulazione, da parte degli interessati, di una apposita domanda di intervento alla Commissione. Saranno così esaminate questioni concrete di emergenza abitativa in cui possono venire a trovarsi le famiglie che sono assoggettate a sfratto esecutivo ed in particolare quelle famiglie che pur possedendo i requisiti di accesso agli alloggi ERP, non hanno comunque la disponibilità di tale alloggio, per ragioni di graduatoria oppure perché non hanno ancora presentato domanda di partecipazione al concorso per l’assegnazione ordinaria. Tra i compiti della Commissione, quello di promuovere azioni coordinate al fine di garantire la sostenibilità sociale dello sfratto e favorire il percorso di passaggio da casa a casa dei soggetti che non sono in possesso di altra abitazione adeguata al proprio nucleo familiare.
Le domande potranno essere presentate in qualsiasi momento collegandosi al link https://bit.ly/commissioneterritoriale (raggiungibile anche dall’area tematica “Casa e politiche abitative” del sito del Comune) e accedendo con le proprie credenziali SPID, CIE o CNS. Le istanze saranno istruite dal Servizio Patrimonio del Comune e portate all’attenzione della Commissione nella prima seduta utile.
“Dare risposte all’esigenza di una casa è sempre stata una priorità nelle scelte di questa Amministrazione ed è proprio in un momento di instabilità economica che il Comune si deve attivare per dare sempre maggiori opportunità alla soluzione di questo problema che attanaglia molte famiglie aretine – ha commentato l’assessore Monica Manneschi. – Oltre a assistere le famiglie questo strumento informatico consentirà all’Amministrazione Comunale ed alla Commissione di acquisire dati e informazioni che permetteranno di indirizzare al meglio l’azione amministrativa futura”.
