Questa è una dichiarazione del ministro delle Imprese e del made in Italy Adolfo Urso. Avvalorata dal risultato inesistente dell’incontro che c’è stato tra governo e sindacati taxisti, dove questi ultimi, appellandosi a non si capisce quale riforma del settore, hanno rifiutato l’ipotesi (a modo suo avvalorata dal ministro dei Trasporti Matteo Salvini) di una licenza in più gratis ad ogni tassista con l’obbligo di venderla entro due anni… proposta fatta dai partiti di opposizione Italia Viva e Azione (2)
E’ evidente che l’obiettivo dei taxisti e del governo non è di cambiare la situazione e risolvere le attuali difficoltà, ma far finta di farlo e confermare lo stato dei fatti. Aggiungiamo l’aggravante del sostegno del ministro delle Imprese che, con una piccola frase, a partire dai taxisti, ci ha spiegato la politica del governo: erigere muri che impediscano ad aziende non italiane (incluse quelle dell’Ue a cui non potrebbero essere posto nessun divieto) di fare impresa sul nostro territorio. Questo significa che quel che c’è oggi in Italia di non italiano sarà spinto ad andarsene e, siccome non si tratterebbe solo di aziende extraeuropee, che si stanno ponendo le basi per violazione degli accordi Ue e – estreme conseguenze – abbandono della stessa Ue. A meno che – come dicono dalle parti del governo – non riescano a modificare le maggioranze in Ue e, di conseguenza, approvare modifiche radicali al processo di integrazione europea, per un’Europa delle nazioni piuttosto che un’Europa federalista. Oggi i taxisti sono un banco di prova, una cartina al tornasole, così come i balneari. A cui tutti i governi, inclusi quelli precedenti all’attuale, continuano a regalare le spiagge demaniali, non sottoponendole ad assegnazioni previo bando di gara a cui, ovviamente perchè siamo in Ue, dovrebbero e potrebbero partecipare tutte le aziende con sede nei Paesi dell’Unione. Quello di oggi è un ulteriore tassello verso l’impoverimento economico e politico dell’Italia. Non si governa con un’economia limitata alla cerchia delle mura del proprio castello o – come credono di fare il ministro Urso e il governo – facendo entrare solo chi fa comodo loro. Essere in Ue, così come è cresciuta oggi facendo anche crescere il nostro Paese, comporta onori e oneri, dove questi ultimi – come dimostrato dalle politiche economiche di questi ultimi decenni – sono sempre stati un vantaggio per l’Italia. Per capire ancora meglio: mura, monopoli, corporazioni, significano, per i consumatori, prezzi più alti e qualità minore, che non liberalizzando e applicando dimensioni come minimo comunitarie. Un esempio valga per tutti, un esempio che se non ci fosse stata l’Ue oggi non ne potremmo godere: le telecomunicazioni. Ve l’immaginate cosa sarebbe oggi il mercato delle tlc non liberalizzato…
