Il comune di Sansepolcro, grazie ad un Bando promosso dal GAL (Consorzio Appennino Aretino) ha potuto realizzare 4 nuovi punti informativi già installati in diversi punti della città.Un lavoro sinergico fra l’ufficio tecnico e l’ufficio cultura del comune con il supporto dell’ufficio Turistico territoriale che ha fornito preziose indicazioni.
Il centro storico di Sansepolcro è un vero e proprio “museo diffuso”, un insieme di grandi e piccole opere d’arte, che nel loro insieme e nella loro armonia lo rendono una realtà speciale. I quattro info point aiuteranno quindi i turisti a vivere al meglio le peculiarità di questa città, motivo per cui sono stati installati nei principali punti d’accesso con tutte le informazioni di cui potrebbero aver bisogno, in maniera semplice ed immediata con la possibilità di approfondire le indicazioni mediante appositi QR code.
L’intervento del costo complessivo è di € 25.500,00 suddiviso in € 20.697,60 da parte del Bando del GAL a “Sostegno a investimenti di fruizione pubblica in infrastrutture ricreative, informazioni turistiche e infrastrutture turistiche su piccola scala”, e fondi propri del Comune.
Le quattro postazioni “info point” sono collocate a
- Porta Fiorentina
- in Via XX Settembre (in prossimità dell’incrocio con via Piero della Francesca)
- in Piazza Garibaldi (difronte al Palazzo Pretorio)
- Porta del Ponte
Ogni punto di informazione è costituito da un totem informativo e due panchine in legno con struttura in ferro verniciato corten, progettato per offrire molteplici schemi di assemblaggio, con la massima flessibilità, unita alla possibilità di modificare nel tempo la grafica informativa costituita da alluminio d-bond stampato, fustellato e piegato ad U su distanziatori metallici rispetto al piano del totem, che consentono un utilizzo duraturo degli oggetti ed una continua possibilità di mutarne la forma e persino la funzione.
