Interrogazione della capogruppo “Socialisti per Castello”, Loriana GrasselliSituazione servizi Sert ed Igiene Mentale della Usl Umbria 1: : interrogazione della capogruppo “Socialisti per Castello”, Loriana Grasselli. “Premesso che “i servizi del Sert nel nostro territorio hanno subito negli ultimi anni un forte ridimensionamento determinando un pericoloso restringimento dei percorsi terapeutici.
La carenza di un servizio Sert – precisa Grasselli – costituisce un problema sociale impattante sul territorio, in primis per i soggetti coinvolti e le loro famiglie e per la comunità tutta. Il servizio di Igiene Mentale non garantisce più, di fatto un livello assistenziale soddisfacente ad assolvere le necessità del territorio; ciò a causa della carenza di personale sanitario e non certo per la professionalità degli operatori che sono rimasti; ormai pochi. Le problematiche della salute mentale coinvolgono sempre più le fasce giovanili che se non subito trattate può determinare un grave vulnus terapeutico.” Per queste motivazioni la capogruppo dei Socialisti per Castello chiede, “se è intenzione della Usl Umbria 1 intervenire nel riportare il servizio Sert a livello assistenziale di 5 anni fa in termini di personale sanitario e trattamenti terapeutici; se è intenzione della suddetta Usl 1 di tornare a garantire un livello terapeutico soddisfacente (attualmete si ribadisce non lo è) attraverso il personale e percorsi assistenziali che siano di effettiva risposta alla nostra comunità, conclude Loriana Grasselli
