Proprio per aiutare i raccoglitori a scongiurare errori ed intossicazioni, dall’11 settembre prossimo riapriranno gli sportelli micologici dell’Ausl Romagna. “Solo una corretta determinazione delle specie fungine effettuata da personale Esperto Micologo – spiega il dottor Silvio Cantori, Coordinatore del Processo Aziendale – Ispettorato Micologico di Ausl Romagna – può scongiurare una qualsiasi intossicazione da funghi. Sebbene siamo solo agli inizi della stagione fungina dell’anno in corso, purtroppo siamo già intervenuti alcune volte presso i Pronto Soccorso per consulenza micologica. È pertanto sempre opportuno sottoporre i funghi raccolti, o ricevuti in regalo, al controllo degli esperti dell’Ispettorato micologico”.
