SCUOLA E ORIENTAMENTO: AD AREZZO IL CONVEGNO QUADRO LUNEDI’ 25 SETTEMBRE

Organizzato dall’agenzia formativa aretina Pratika, intervengono voci dalle Università di Perugia, Siena, Firenze, Roma 3, da Indire, dal Ministero dell’Istruzione e da Fondazione per la Scuola della Compagnia San Paolo.

Sono ancora aperte le iscrizioni per il convegno “Le nuove linee guida per l’orientamento. Verso un curricolo di orientamento formativo verticale?” che si terrà ad Arezzo lunedì 25 settembre, dalle 14 alle 18.45 presso il Teatro Mecenate, Viale Dante 1, organizzato nel quadro delle azioni del Piano Educativo di Zona (Conferenza Educativa zona Aretina) dall’agenzia formativa Pratika, con il sostegno della cooperativa Coordinate, per conto della Conferenza educativa zonale aretina. Voci plurali del settore daranno vita a un seminario formativo rivolto a dirigenti scolastici, insegnanti e studenti sulle nuove linee guida emanate dal governo a dicembre 2022 in materia di orientamento, il processo che “facilita la conoscenza di sé, del contesto formativo, occupazionale, sociale, culturale ed economico e delle strategie per agire in tali realtà, al fine di maturare e sviluppare le competenze necessarie per (…) immaginare ed elaborare un progetto di vita” (definizione Linee guida Ministero dell’Istruzione e del Merito MIM). L’evento è di interesse anche per tutte le famiglie. L’orientamento è una responsabilità delle scuole di ogni ordine e grado, per i docenti ma anche per le famiglie e gli attori sociali che accompagnano i più giovani nella crescita: ciascun studente ha i propri talenti che, se non vengono costantemente riconosciuti ed esercitati, non si sviluppano, compromettendo il successo formativo e professionale. Partecipano al convegno autorevoli voci del settore: i lavori iniziano alle 14, dopo i saluti istituzionali di Lucia Tanti, vicesindaca del Comune di Arezzo e della Dirigente Scolastica Chiara Salvini, che ospita il convegno, e dopo un’introduzione di Martina Evangelista, direttrice di Pratika con Michele Mannelli, presidente della cooperativa Coordinate, si lascia subito spazio al punto di vista delle studentesse e degli studenti su scuola e orientamento. Il convegno entrerà nel vivo con l’intervento di Federico Batini, docente di Pedagogia sperimentale all’Università degli Studi di Perugia, sulle nuove linee guida seguito da Maria Chiara Pettenati,dirigente di Ricerca Indire, che parlerà de “La formazione per lo sviluppo di una cultura dell’orientamento”. Damiano Previtali, dirigente del MIM presenterà l’intervento “Dal progetto di orientamento della scuola all’E-Portfolio dello studente”, Massimo Margottini, docente di Didattica generale all’Università degli studi di Roma 3 analizzerà le “Opportunità da cogliere ed errori da non ripetere nell’attuazione delle Linee Guida”, Simone Giusti, docente di Didattica della Letteratura italiana all’Università degli studi di Siena approfondirà “L’orientamento e la didattica orientativa” mentre Daniela Frison, docente di Pedagogia Sperimentale all’Università degli studi di Firenze “La logica verticale e l’orientamento dalla scuola dell’infanzia”. Il convegno giungerà a conclusione con le testimonianze e le esperienze del territorio e nazionali, con l’intervento della presidente della Fondazione per la scuola di Compagnia San Paolo Giulia Guglielmini. La chiusura sarà affidata a Valentina Cesaretti, direttrice Agenzia formativa Copernico di CNA con “La formazione professionale e l’orientamento”. Le nuove linee guida hanno lo scopo di attuare la riforma dell’orientamento disegnata dal Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza PNRR, con lo scopo di rafforzare il raccordo tra il primo e il secondo ciclo di istruzione e formazione, per un percorso di formazione orientativa in verticale che favorisca l’emersione di progettualità consapevoli e ponderate, che valorizzi le potenzialità e le identità degli studenti, nonché contribuisca alla riduzione della dispersione scolastica e favorisca l’accesso alle opportunità formative dell’istruzione terziaria. Il convegno sull’orientamento sarà anche l’occasione per inaugurare le azioni della zona di Arezzo relative all’orientamento e al contrasto al disagio. Oltre alla parte dedicata agli insegnanti come il convegno stesso, la zona di Arezzo propone il ciclo di eventi “ThisAgio” rivolto alle famiglie che tratta temi come benessere e malessere a scuola, l’osservazione sistematica, la buona didattica, la valutazione formativa, bullismo e cyberbullismo e molti altri temi. Il primo di questi appuntamenti, dal titolo “E poi siamo anche fragili: ripensare i confini dell’agio e del disagio”, è previsto per mercoledì 18 ottobre presso la Sala del Giglio in Via G. Giangeri, 4, 52029 a Castiglion Fibocchi (AR) con Moira Sannipoli, prof.ssa associata in Didattica e Pedagogia speciale presso Università degli Studi di Perugia, che parlerà di pedagogia delle diversità e delle differenze.
