Moloto & Babskin è il progetto del duo elettronico/acustico che coinvolge il produttore, musicista e DJ Stefano Florio e la cantante ed artista italo-francese Elodie Lebigre. Left side, in uscita il 22 settembre sotto l’etichetta Aida Music, è il nuovo titolo di Moloto & Babskin: un brano elettronico intimista sulla dualità dell’essere umano.

Moloto & Babskin, l’eclettico duo composto dal produttore musicista e DJ Stefano Florio e dalla cantante ed artista Elodie Lebigre, crea musica con un mix di strumenti acustici ed elettronici, dando vita a melodie e suggestioni che risuonano dentro in modo profondo. Il brano esce un anno dopo il loro ultimo singolo, Same Game (ascolta qui), in cui si esplorava il tema del conflitto concreto fra uomini: la guerra. In questa ballad pop elettronica il duo ritorna sul tema alla scoperta della complessità che abita la nostra anima  e che a volte ci divide in due in tutte le nostre fragilità fra ragione e sentimenti, fra sottile e concreto, fra razionale e istinto. Dice Moloto: “La ricerca di uno spazio interiore è quello che perseguiamo nella nostra musica, che si fa luogo intimo e personale, la dimensione dove i brani nascono ispirati da una visione molto personale della vita.”Il brano fa parte di un album che è quasi ultimato, e che verrà presto presentato al pubblico.Dice Babskin: “Siamo impazienti di far uscire tutti i brani: questo progetto è in attesa da diverso tempo ed ora è giunto il momento di farlo venire alla luce”Il singolo “Left Side” sarà accompagnato dal suo video ufficiale, un visual romantico diretto dal duo, che vede il giovane e talentuoso artista performer Ian Bertolucci protagonista in un personaggio atemporale che vive nella solitudine del proprio ego, simile ad una moderna figura alla Dorian Gray. Il video sarà rilasciato insieme al singolo e disponibile su piattaforme online e sui canali social di Moloto & Babskin.Da Gennaio 2024 l’album verrà presentato anche in uno spettacolo live.
