Se voglio trattare il forte degrado che attanaglia piazza della stazione, i giardini Porcinai, Poggio del Sole e zone limitrofe, perché non posso farlo nell’assemblea dei rappresentanti dei cittadini? E dov’è il sindaco di nuovo? Non in aula. Che strano. Allora mi domando: a cosa serve fare la programmazione annuale del Consiglio Comunali se non si riesce a organizzare i lavori al meglio e il primo cittadino è malato il 19 ottobre, giorno di Consiglio, si riprende alla grande già il giorno dopo perché è stato visto in occasioni pubbliche, e il giovedì successivo va a Genova in trasferta, pare all’assemblea dell’Anci. Io sarei disposto anche a modificare il giorno programmato perché a questo punto pretendo che Ghinelli porti rispetto e sia in aula. Altrimenti si faccia da parte”.
