Al centro congressi “La Fortezza” una giornata interamente dedicata al futuro dell’invaso con la partecipazione di esperti e istituzioni Un evento interamente dedicato al futuro dell’invaso di Montedoglio e ai potenziali scenari per il territorio dell’Alta Valle del Tevere toscana e umbra.
Mercoledì 29 novembre, alle ore 10:00 presso il Centro Congressi “La Fortezza” a Sansepolcro, è in programma il convegno “Lago di Montedoglio: conoscenze e opportunità per uno sviluppo sostenibile del territorio”, una giornata di lavoro nella quale saranno esplorate le molteplici potenzialità che caratterizzano il più grande lago artificiale del centro Italia. Organizzato da Fondazione Progetto Valtiberina con la collaborazione di Eaut – Ente Acque Umbre Toscane, attuale gestore dell’infrastruttura, e sostenuto dall’azienda Aboca, il convegno mira a rivalutare il ruolo di un bacino idrico che per molti anni, e in particolare dal crollo del 2010 in poi, ha generato un ampio dibattito nella comunità altotiberina. Attraverso contributi di esperti provenienti da diversi settori, l’evento fornirà una panoramica completa delle diverse opportunità rappresentate dalla diga di Montedoglio, partendo dall’agricoltura per poi esplorare anche il suo potenziale turistico ed energetico. Assieme a questo, il convegno includerà un importante lavoro di ricostruzione storica, ripercorrendo le tappe che hanno portato alla creazione del lago artificiale nei decenni passati. Il dibattito sarà inoltre arricchito dalla diffusione di una serie di approfondimenti giornalistici curati dalla redazione di TTV.it: nei giorni antecedenti l’evento, all’interno del sito web e dei canali social della testata, verranno pubblicati una serie di servizi video informativi con interviste a figure chiave legate alla diga ed immagini esclusive delle attività di gestione e manutenzione dell’invaso da parte dei tecnici di Eaut. “Questo evento sarà un’occasione preziosa per mettere in luce non solo il ruolo cruciale del lago per il settore dell’agricoltura, ma anche gli altri possibili scenari di utilizzo dell’invaso – afferma David Gori, presidente di Progetto Valtiberina – Come Fondazione, siamo felici di organizzare eventi che propongano soluzioni concrete a questioni annose attraverso il coinvolgimento della comunità: vogliamo mostrare che la gestione di un importante bacino idrico come quello di Montedoglio può essere realmente sostenibile, equilibrata e vantaggiosa per tutti”.
