Il programma di riqualificazione strade, che abbiamo portato a termine nell’anno in corso. Il programma di riqualificazione delle strade 2023 rientra nel quadro di una programmazione pluriennalepiù ampia, che abbiamo pianificato per preparare per tempo i vari interventi concreti e riservare le relative risorse economiche
La pianificazione si basa su un ordine di priorità, dettato dalla situazione di degrado delle varie strade e
dall’importanza delle strade stesse in termini di famiglie ed aziende collegate e di esigenze generali della Comunità. Nel corso del 2023 sono stati impegnati € 532.326,00 di risorse del bilancio comunale, secondo uno stanziamento voluto e deciso per continuare ad implementare l’obiettivo di fornire vie di comunicazione agevoli e sicure ai nostri cittadini, alle nostre famiglie ed aziende.
Uno dei servizi essenziali che agevola la vita ed il lavoro nelle aree montane, infatti, è rappresentato proprio dalle vie di comunicazione, che abbiamo sottoposto ad un programma generale di riqualificazione e messa in sicurezza preordinato a migliorare la vita quotidiana dei residenti, ma che si è rivelato fondamentale anche per attrarre nuovi residenti e facilitare il turismo. Con questo programma, inoltre, è stata finanziata anche l’ampliamento di 2 parcheggi a San Piero, con la
creazione di nuovi 20 posti auto al parcheggio dell’Orto di Fedelino ed altri 20 posti auto presso il parcheggio di Via Coltelli. in corso di esecuzione. In particolare, nel 2023 sono state riqualificate 23 strade. Tra le strade comunali, quella di Cà Pesarini, Ospedaletto, Paganico, Corzano, Via Nello Fattini, vialetto di ingresso all’Asilo Nido, strada del Trino, strada della Sega, Via Leonardo da Vinci, Via Gramsci che sarà oggetto di prossimo intervento. Oggetto di riqualificazione sono state anche le strade vicinali ad uso pubblico, per le quali il Comune interviene in collaborazione con il Consorzio di Bonifica, tra le quali le strade Molino-Piancastello, Fossatone di sotto, Sorbo-Montesorbo, Dispettosa, Vessa-Brioli, Paretaio-Montesalvetti, Palazzaccio-Bacino, Monsavino- Poggio del bue, Ortali, Garzi, Camarello-Pratopiano, Tramonte, Aia Certamente, rimangono fuori da questo programma gli interventi eseguiti sulle strade coinvolte dalle frane connesse all’alluvione di maggio scorso, per le quali Vi fornirò un aggiornamento specifico e riassuntivo. In questi giorni, stiamo già lavorando al programma di manutenzione delle strade 2024, per il quale abbiamo riservato nel bilancio di previsione 2024 un primo stanziamento di € 265.000.
