Riconoscimento ufficiale e targa dell’Ordine Regionale dei Giornalisti dell’Umbria al Servizio Ufficio Stampa, “CdcNotizie” per i quaranta anni di attività – Presidente Mino Lorusso:” L’Agenzia ha rappresentato e rappresenta un modello di informazione istituzionale che crea comunità, valorizzazione del rapporto tra pubblica amministrazione e cittadini” – Annunciato dal sindaco Luca Secondi progetto con Ufficio Stampa per la “terza età”.
“L’Agenzia ha rappresentato e rappresenta un modello di informazione istituzionale che crea comunità, valorizzazione del rapporto tra pubblica amministrazione e cittadini, identità territoriale. La democrazia vive e si alimenta di buona informazione, così come la buona informazione sostiene la democrazia. Ribadire il valore della buona informazione significa difendere i valori costituzionali”. E’ quanto dichiarato dal Presidente dell’Ordine dei Giornalisti dell’Umbria, Mino Lorusso, nel corso della cerimonia di consegna di una targa celebrativa dei 40 anni di attività dell’agenzia di stampa del comune di Citta’ di Castello, “CdcNotizie”, alla presenza del sindaco Luca Secondi e dei componenti l’attuale Servizio, il Capo Ufficio Stampa, Giorgio Galvani e i giornalisti Sara Scarabottini e Marco Baruffi. “Cdcnotizie”, Agenzia di Stampa del Comune di Città di Castello, organo di informazione istituzionale del comune tifernate (fra i primi a livello regionale, dopo Regione Umbria, Giunta e Assemblea Legislativa, Provincia e comune di Perugia) che è stato celebrato giovedi 25 Maggio, nel giorno in cui 40 anni fa, il 25 maggio 1983 usciva ufficialmente, a firma dell’allora Capo Ufficio Stampa e Direttore Responsabile, Giuliano Giombini, il primo comunicato emesso dalla testata registrata al Tribunale di Perugia. “Un traguardo significativo per la storia e l’attività istituzionale ed il rapporto fondamentale con i media e tramite loro con i cittadini. Quaranta anni di attività di un organo di informazione istituzionale che coincidono con i sessanta anni dell’Ordine dei Giornalisti, ente pubblico, ordine professionale, che una legge del 1963, la numero 69 del 3 Febbario 1963, ha istituito e con l’entrata in vigore ormai da 23 anni della Legge 150/200 sulla “Disciplina delle attività di informazione e di comunicazione delle pubbliche amministrazioni”, con cui la comunicazione e informazione pubblica sono state istituzionalizzate ed hanno sancito anche con le dovute distinzioni, la nascita oggi di figure professionali ordinistiche all’interno di enti locali, regione, ministeri ed altri istituti, quali il “giornalista pubblico” ed il “comunicatore pubblico” esplicitamente indicati nell’ultimo rinnovo contrattuale del pubblico impiego che il comune nella recente sottoscrizione del Cid, contratto integrativo decentrato ha fatto proprie”, ha dichiarato il sindaco nel ringraziare tutti coloro, dal fondatore dell’agenzia, Giuliano Giombini, dal compianto Fabio Pelosi, ai collaboratori che si sono succeduti, Anna Maria Pelosi, Francesca Sensini fino agli attuali componenti. Al termine dell’incontro il sindaco Luca Secondi ed il capo Ufficio Stampa, Giorgio Galvani, hanno annunciato il varo di un progetto relativo alla informazione e comunicazione per la “terza età”, che verrà presentato nei primi mesi del 2024.
