Domenica 21 gennaio secondo appuntamento con la programmazione LA DANZA CHE MUOVE, in scena alle 17:00 al Teatro Mecenate di Arezzo, Alcune Coreografie del coreografo, performer e videomaker Jacopo Jenna: un dialogo continuo tra la danzatrice Ramona Caia e una moltitudine di frammenti video montati in una sequenza serrata, spaziando nella storia della danza e della performance, attraversando il cinema e internet, in un viaggio concreto e virtuale che abbraccia i generi più lontani. Diviso in due parti distinte, in Alcune Coreografie la danzatrice incarna, trasforma, connette e riporta al presente il corpo dell’immagine e traspone in un flusso innovativo ciò che le immagini propongono alla visione dello spettatore, ne sonda la dinamica, la libertà e l’immediatezza linguistica senza un punto di vista privilegiato; da Pina Bausch a Micheal Jackson, da James Brown e Merce Cunningham al musical, dalle danze egizie di May Wigman a semplici video di YouTube in cui persone normali danzano prese dall’emozione. Nella seconda parte dello spettacolo un video originale creato dell’artista Roberto Fassone offre una sequenza di coreografie visive, un paesaggio simbolico dove l’umano è assente, ma che cerca ancora un rapporto con il corpo in scena e riflette su quella materia intangibile di cui la danza è fatta. Lunedì 22, come di consueto per la rassegna, lo spettacolo sarà presentato in replica matinée per le scuole, un appuntamento arricchito in questa occasione dalla presentazione finale del progetto educativo Désir Mimétique tenuto da Jacopo Jenna nei mesi di dicembre e gennaio con gli alunni dell’Istituto Comprensivo F. Severi nell’ambito del bando Per Chi Crea promosso da SIAE e MiC nel 2023. Gli studenti e le studentesse hanno avuto modo di sperimentare i meccanismi di trasmissione e trasformazione del movimento da un archivio di video sulla danza, fino a comporre loro stessi il video che verrà presentato lunedì 22 gennaio. Ad anticipare lo spettacolo, sabato 20 gennaio la masterclass gratuita aperta a tutti, amatori e appassionati, con il coreografo e autore Jacopo Jenna dalle 15:00 alle 17:00 presso Spazio Seme.
