AREZZO – Scapecchi: “25 anni di gestione e impegno nella ristrutturazione: grazie all’ASD Indomita Quarata” Approvato dalla Giunta il progetto di riqualificazione del campo sportivo di Quarata, presentato dalla ASD Indomita Quarata attraverso il bando pubblicato lo scorso ottobre.

La scheda tecnica dell’impianto prevedeva la necessità di compiere lavori di riqualificazione il cui costo era stimato in 40mila euro, tuttavia il progetto approvato prevede numerosi ulteriori interventi che impegnano l’associazione sportiva a investire nell’impianto oltre 380mila euro, quasi 10 volte l’importo minimo richiesto dall’Amministrazione Comunale. “Ancora una volta il programma di riqualificazione degli impianti sportivi attuato dal Comune di Arezzo si dimostra vincente: le associazioni e società sportive sane, lungimiranti e radicate nel territorio possono e vogliono investire a favore della collettività, garantendosi la gestione delle strutture per poter programmare attività sociali e sportive a lungo termine – commenta l’assessore Federico Scapecchi. – In questo caso, infatti, la ASD Indomita Quarata potrà gestire l’impianto per 25 anni, entro i quali realizzare gli interventi proposti. Con questa ennesima assegnazione in gestione, il totale degli investimenti programmati dai soggetti sportivi sugli impianti comunali negli ultimi due anni e mezzo, e in buona parte già realizzati, supera abbondantemente i 2,5 milioni di euro”. Nel dettaglio, al campo sportivo di Quarata è prevista la demolizione di tutte le strutture prive di titolo edilizio e la realizzazione di nuovi uffici, rimessaggi delle attrezzature e tettoie di accesso al campo, la separazione del percorso degli atleti da quello dei tifosi mediante la realizzazione di una scala, l’adeguamento degli impianti elettrici e termici per i locali esistenti e per i nuovi locali, l’adeguamento alle norme antincendio e igienico sanitarie dei locali sotto la tribuna, la realizzazione di interventi di riqualificazione energetica della torre faro e la realizzazione di un impianto solare termico, il rinnovo certificato di idoneità statica della tribuna, la revisione del progetto approvato per la pratica di prevenzione incendi e l’esecuzione delle pratiche di accatastamento e accampionamento dell’intero impianto. “Ringrazio la ASD Indomita Quarata per il grande impegno preso nei confronti di tutta la collettività e ringrazio l’assessore Casi che, in virtù di alcune problematiche di sosta e circolazione verificatesi negli ultimi tempi intorno al campo sportivo di Quarata, ha accolto la richiesta di installazione di alcuni dissuasori e ha avviato uno studio per verificare la possibilità di realizzare ulteriori parcheggi in luogo di quelli già esistenti”, conclude Scapecchi.
