CONVEGNO NELLA SALA DEI GRANDI DEL PRONVICIA DI AREZZO : “ Si svolgerà lunedì 12 febbraio presso la Sala dei Grandi della Provincia di Arezzo il convegno dal titolo “Gli effetti della Riforma Cartabia sull’operatività dei centri antiviolenza” Il Consigliere Provinciale Cinzia Santoni, con delega alle Pari Opportunità dichiara : “Il fenomeno della violenza di genere è sempre più presente e radicato nel nostro paese ed ha bisogno di risposte precise e strutturate da parte dei servizi territoriali.
Nella Provincia di Arezzo, le politiche a contrasto della violenza di genere vengono attuate attraverso una metodologia di intervento in Rete cui aderiscono, oltre al Centro Antiviolenza Pronto Donna, tutti i rappresentanti di Enti Pubblici, che a vario titolo si trovano a dover rispondere a tale problematica . Insieme sono state condivise ed adottate delle precise modalità operative che hanno permesso di dare risposte alle richieste di aiuto da parte delle donne, di sostenerle nel loro cammino verso l’autonomia e di garantire loro protezione fisica, supporto psicologico, legale ed accompagnarle verso una totale autonomia. I punti cardine di questo sistema, ormai strutturato da tempo, sono la formazione, la sensibilizzazione e la promozione di una cultura della non-violenza. In questo quadro, in un’ottica di continuo aggiornamento di tutta la Rete Antiviolenza , rientra il Convegno organizzato dalla Provincia e dall’Associazione Pronto Donna Cav. Con l’entrata in vigore del Decreto Legislativo 150/2022 noto come Riforma Cartabia, sono state introdotte delle innovazioni nel procedimento penale con previsioni di rilievo per quanto riguarda la tutela delle persone offese nei delitti di violenza di genere. La giustizia riparativa, le sanzioni sostitutive previste dalla riforma Cartabia, apportano notevoli cambiamenti relativi ai percorsi giudiziari che devono affrontare le donne che intrapprendono un percorso di fuoriuscita dalla violenza domestica e sessuale. Le novità introdotte dalla legge, che si aggiunge alla L. n°69 del 2019 denominata “Codice Rosso” introducendo il ruolo proattivo riconosciuto al giudice civile e l’obbligo di ascoltare la testimonianza dei minori se presenti, rendono necessario un incontro di aggiornamento e di confronto della rete aperto a tutti gli operatori interessati.”
