Arezzo – Questa mattina abbiamo rinvenuto un’altra carcassa di lupo, a meno di 20 metri dalla SR71, in località S. Anastasio, a pochi Km da Arezzo, del ritrovamentoabbiamo informato le autorità preposte.
Nei giorni passati la presenza di alcuni lupi era stata documentata, anche dal nostro comitato, nelle aree
limitrofe.
Anche questa volta la sfortunata vittima dell’incidente si è trovata a danneggiare la propria autovettura,
rischiando al contempo anche l’incolumità fisica, ma senza poter denunciare l’accaduto e chiedere il
legittimo risarcimento del danno. Evidenziamo che la responsabilità degli incidenti
stradali causati dalla fauna selvatica non ricade sul conducente, ma sul proprietario degli animali in questione, che in questo caso è lo Stato.Invitiamo pertanto le persone a segnalare e denunciare gli incidenti con gli animali selvatici, in particolare con i lupi. La popolazione deve sapere che l’unico responsabile di questi gravi eventi è chi continua ad ignorare la necessaria gestione di questi grandi predatori e non chi ha la sfortuna di trovarli laddove non dovrebbero esserci. La riflessione che dovrebbe ispirare questo ennesimo fatto è su come non sia ancora procrastinabile la drastica riduzione del numero dei lupi nelle aree antropizzate. Da oltre 15 anni è venuta meno l’esigenza di tutelare questa specie, che oggi rappresenta solo un’icona idealizzata, una visione mistica che si infrange contro la realtà dei fatti, dove i lupi sono ormai dei “randagi di Stato”, animali che muoiono investiti dalle auto, mentre si aggirano
nelle aree urbanizzate a predare animali domestici ed a nutrirsi di immondizia.
