Cosa abbiamo capito Sembra che nel cosiddetto decreto Milleproroghe verranno accontentati i trattori – gilet gialli: esenzione Irpef fino a 10mila euro di reddito e 50% di sconto tra 10 e 15mila, e sembra che gli stessi protagonisti delle proteste siano contenti (1)
Circa 400mila sono i trattori con redditi così da fame. Tutto da capire come fanno a campare e comprare un trattore questi agricoltori, visto che un mezzo del genere costa come minimo 60mila euro e buona parte sono oltre i 100mila…
Per campare probabilmente lo fanno col cosiddetto metodo “italiano”, una sorta di mix tra fisco a go-go e “tira a campa”.
Per comprare trattori, e non solo, c’è l’Europa matrigna che provvede (2).
Chissà dove il governo prenderà i soldi per questo, visto che nella legge di Bilancio 2024, la fine di queste esenzioni, ora ripristinate ed ampliate, era una delle entrate previste. E’ bene ricordare che questa legge di Bilancio è per buona parte in perdita, contribuendo all’aumento del debito pubblico. E’ stato, quindi solo rimandato il problema, ingigantendo il Problema per eccellenza di tutta la Manovra finanziaria.
A livello europeo, sappiamo che sono state “sospese” le direttive per la cancellazione dei fitofarmaci… anche se questa sospensione era prevista prima che i trattori fossero in strada. Ma tant’è, la presidente della Commissione, Ursula von der Leyen se ne è accreditata la primogenitura. I meriti da propaganda per le prossime elezioni non sono solo un metodo italiano…
Quindi per i consumatori che devono continuare a mangiare prodotti con i fitofarmaci “vita natural durante”, l’ambiente e il green deal sono stati messi nell’angolo. Quanto ci è stato detto e documentato fino ad oggi… era uno scherzo.
I nostri gilet gialli hanno quindi ottenuto quanto volevano dopo che hanno invaso le strade d’Italia.
Un po’ come i taxi che, quando si parla di aumento delle vetture in circolazione, occupano le città e continuano a mantenere uno dei servizi più schifosi del trasporto pubblico locale.
I prossimi gilet gialli potrebbero essere tutte le aziende e le categorie che – per vari motivi non esclusa pigrizia e rendite di posizione – si sentono minacciate da innovazioni che in qualche modo potrebbero migliorare la qualità della vita dei consumatori, ma che hanno un costo per tutti, almeno fino a che non entrano a regime…..
….. ma chi se ne frega del domani e del futuro, domani è un altro giorno e c’è sempre il debito pubblico a disposizione.
