COMUNE DI LUCIGNANO – La presentazione a tecnici e cittadini. Roberta Casini: “Un grande lavoro di squadra all’insegna della semplificazione e della sostenibilità” Presentato a Lucignano il Piano Operativo Intercomunale adottato dai comuni di Lucignano e Marciano della Chiana. “Semplificazione” e “ricucitura” sono le parole chiave su cui hanno insistito il Sindaco di Lucignano Roberta Casini e l’architetto progettista Laura Tavanti durante la presentazione del Piano alla presenza di tecnici e cittadini, i quali potranno presentare le loro osservazioni fino al 10 marzo
“Dopo un grande lavoro di squadra siamo arrivati all’adozione del Piano Operativo Intercomunale di Lucignano e Marciano della Chiana – spiega Roberta Casini, sindaco di Lucignano -. Abbiamo cercato di mettere insieme le esigenze dei due comuni e presentato la nostra proposta ai tecnici e ai cittadini. Una delle parole d’ordine è senza dubbio ‘semplificazione. L’intento è quello di permettere quindi a tutti, tecnici e cittadini, di trovarsi di fronte a norme semplici seppur inserite in un quadro regionale e nazionale assai complesso. L’altra parola chiave – continua il Sindaco Casini – è ‘ricucitura’, in riferimento al lavoro di ottimizzazione che è stato fatto in fase di progettazione. L’obiettivo primario è quello di cercare di non consumare ulteriore suolo, andando ad implementare zone in cui esistono già connotati urbani e preservando le aree agricole. Con un occhio di riguardo per chi vorrà investire in termini di sostenibilità ambientale verso le energie rinnovabili e l’adeguamento sismico”.
“Su questo Piano Operativo Intercomunale grava molto l’aspetto legislativo nazionale e regionale – spiega l’architetto progettista Laura Tavanti. Il territorio ha bisgno di risposte politiche e tecniche. L’obiettivo dell’amministrazione e di noi tecnici è quello di restituire una lettura chiara e rapida ai cittadini, cercando per quanto possibile di dare risposte soddisfacenti e velocizzando l’attuazione degli interventi”.
