Città di Castello È stata presentata di fronte ad una sala gremita in Comune a Città di Castello la prima edizione del corso per Esperto in Benefit e Business Management promosso dalla Fondazione Centro Studi Villa Montesca, in collaborazione con Fondazione Progetto Valtiberina ed in partenariato con Aris Formazione e Ricerca ed altri istituti di ricerca e di management europei e realizzato nell’ambito del Progetto “S4BC – Skill for Benefit Companies” finanziato dall’Agenzia Nazionale Erasmus Plus
Il progetto che vede il coinvolgimento di enti provenienti da Spagna, Irlanda, Lituania, Portogallo e Italia, specialisti nell’ambito della definizione di percorsi formativi e profili professionali innovativi, ha messo a punto un programma formativo per figure intermedie aziendali che intendono allineare la propria azienda alla forma benefit. L’intento è quello di promuovere una nuova cultura d’impresa, capace di rendere migliore il mondo, rafforzando il proprio impegno per perseguire un modello di business sostenibile, creando profitto ma anche massimizzando il suo impatto positivo sulla società e sull’ambiente. Il corso – completamente gratuito –comprende cinque incontri in presenza da 3 ore e un percorso facoltativo di apprendimento online e tratterà tematiche di responsabilità̀ sociale d’impresa, normative e giuridiche, governance, business model e risk management, ma anche opportunità̀, profili finanziari ed infine certificazioni e green marketing. Destinatari del corso sono titolari d’impresa, manager, amministratori, responsabili qualità e ambiente, nonché a commercialisti, consulenti del lavoro, avvocati e altri professionisti interessati ad approfondire il modello di Società Benefit e B Corp, per promuovere una nuova cultura d’impresa responsabile, sostenibile e rigenerativa, in linea con l’evoluzione del mercato, della normativa dell’Unione Europea e degli obiettivi dell’Agenda 2030. A seguito della costituzione di un comitato promotore, composto dalle due Fondazioni Villa Montesca e Progetto Valtiberina, il corso vuole essere anche un primo passo verso la creazione di una Benefit Academy in Altotevere umbro-toscano, per la quale hanno già mostrato interesse vari enti del territorio, tra cui Confindustria Umbria, il consorzio di società benefit Ecovprint ed il Dipartimento di Economia dell’Università di Perugia. I docenti del corso sono esperti nel settore e contribuiranno a fornire una formazione di alta qualità, tra i quali sono Jacopo Gabriele Orlando, PhD in Agricultural Public Affairs e Impact e Sustainability Manager presso Aboca, nonché Vice Presidente Nazionale di AssoBio e membro del gruppo tecnico RSI di Confindustria Nazionale, e Paolo Polinori, Professore Ordinario di Economia Politica presso il Dipartimento di Economia dell’Università degli Studi di Perugia e membro dell’IAEE (International Association of Energy Economics). Alla conferenza, hanno preso parte il Sindaco del Comune di Città di Castello Luca Secondi, l’Assessore allo Sviluppo Economico del Comune di Città di Castello Giuseppe Bernicchi, il Presidente della Fondazione Hallgarten-Franchetti Centro Studi Villa Montesca Angelo Capecci, la Direttrice della Fondazione Progetto Valtiberina Marta Pasqualini, e il Presidente di Aris Formazione e Ricerca Luciano Veschi. Presenti anche tanti soggetti rappresentanti l’economia locale che hanno aderito con grande entusiasmo all’iniziativa formativa promossa: Raul Ranieri Presidente di Confindustria Umbra Sez. Alta Valle del Tevere e Stefano Innocenti, Sustainability Manager di Graficonsul Group in rappresentanza del Consorzio Ecovprint che hanno espresso pieno sostegno all’iniziativa come tantissime altre aziende del territorio altotiberino viste le copiose richieste di iscrizione che sono arrivate alla Fondazione Villa Montesca. “Siamo lieti di essere sperimentatori della prima edizione di questo corso perché quando si fa qualcosa di buono per il territorio i ritorni si vedono e siamo veramente contenti che il territorio abbia risposto in modo massiccio” ha commentato Raul Ranieri Presidente di Confindustria Sez.
