Un punto informativo per rispondere alle domande sul Pronto Badante. È quello aperto alle Fiere di Mezza Quaresima a Sansepolcro per dare indicazioni e informazioni sul servizio di sostegno rivolto alla persona anziana nel momento in cui, per la prima volta, si presenta una situazione di fragilità.
La Zona Distretto Valtiberina ha previsto spazi e orari presso i Centri Socio Sanitari e Case della Salute della Valtiberina dove il cittadino può accedere per avere informazioni da un operatore autorizzato della cooperativa Progetto 5 che gestisce il servizio. Operatore che il 14 e 15 marzo dalle 9 alle 13 sarà alle Fiere di Mezza Quaresima a disposizione dei cittadini per tutte le informazioni relative all’attivazione del servizio. Il Pronto Badante, progetto finanziato dalla Regione Toscana, prevede un sostegno economico finalizzato all’assunzione di un assistente familiare a sostegno della famiglia quando si presenta la prima fragilità dell’anziano.
Questi i requisiti:
• avere almeno 65 anni;
• essere residente in Toscana;
• trovarsi per la prima volta in un momento di difficoltà, fragilità o disagio;
• non avere un progetto di assistenza personalizzato (PAP), con interventi già attivati da parte dei servizi territoriali, rientrante nel sistema per la non-autosufficienza, di cui alla l.r. 66/2008.
