Gli sportelli DigiPASS dei Comuni di Città di Castello, Umbertide, San Giustino e Citerna sono entrati nella Rete Nazionale dei Punti di Facilitazione, l’iniziativa promossa dal Dipartimento per la trasformazione digitale della Presidenza del Consiglio per potenziare le competenze e l’inclusione digitale.
Il progetto rientra nella Missione 1 del PNRR ed è destinato a supportare le fasce della popolazione più esposte ai rischi del digital divide culturale che attualmente allontana l’Italia dalla media europea e vede solo il 46% della popolazione in possesso delle competenze digitali di base, a fronte del 54% della media UE. Presso i Punti di facilitazione i cittadini avranno la possibilità di essere supportati dai facilitatori digitali, figure capaci di aiutare gli utenti ad acquisire dimestichezza con il digitale, affiancandoli nell’esecuzione di specifiche operazioni o attraverso la formazione. I facilitatori digitali potranno essere di supporto per l’utilizzo di SPID, per accedere ai servizi digitali della Pubblica Amministrazione o per pratiche online – come ad esempio iscrizioni a scuola, consultazione Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico, richiesta certificati anagrafici e tanto altro. I facilitatori digitali saranno a supporto dei cittadini anche mediante percorsi formativi di informatica di base, che sono già partiti e stanno riscuotendo il gradimento degli utenti: nelle prime due edizioni sono stati trattati argomenti come la messaggistica istantanea, le APP, l’elaborazione di testi e l’utilizzo di fogli di calcolo, l’accesso ai siti della PA (INPS, Agenzia delle Entrate, CUP online, ecc), la navigazione web e la sicurezza in rete.
L’obiettivo dei presidi “Digitale Facile” è quello di accrescere le competenze digitali per favorire l’uso autonomo, consapevole e responsabile delle nuove tecnologie, promuovere il pieno godimento dei diritti di cittadinanza digitale attiva e incentivare l’uso dei servizi online, semplificando il rapporto tra cittadini e Pubblica Amministrazione.
In un’ottica di “facilitazione digitale itinerante”, nella giornata di giovedì 14 marzo p.v. i Facilitatori Digitali si recheranno presso il CVA di Selci per l’avvio di un’edizione speciale del corso gratuito di alfabetizzazione digitale, il quale si svolgerà in collaborazione con l’Ente Nazionale per la protezione e l’assistenza dei Sordi ETS-APS (ENS), che nell’ambito del Progetto SAIS 2.0. Umbria – Sensibilizzazione Accessibilità e Indipendenza delle Persone Sorde, affiancherà un interprete LIS ai Formatori del Punto Digitale Facile. Si ricorda inoltre agli utenti, sedi ed orari degli sportelli fissi:
