AREZZO – Co.Agri.A., il consorzio di imprese agricole aretine, ha consegnato a Ferrero le prime nocciole prodotte nell’ambito degli accordi di filiera sottoscritti con l’azienda. Soddisfatto il presidente Angiolino Mancini che ha visto nascere il progetto, che si è ora concretizzato con la prima fornitura di materia prima, che segna un momento storico: le nocciole “Made in Toscana” contribuiranno alla realizzazione di prodotti iconici come Nutella o Ferrero Rocher.
Si tratta di 7 tonnellate di nocciole, interamente prodotte in Toscana, da una filiera di circa 25 imprese che fanno riferimento a Co.Agri.A.; una realtà che ha sede a Cesa in Valdichiana e che dopo una prima intesa per la coltivazione di 600 ettari a noccioli, ha raccolto una partecipazione tale da poter raddoppiare l’estensione iniziale, con l’obiettivo di accrescere il valore condiviso tra gli attori dell’accordo di filiera, a beneficio sia del comparto agricolo che dell’industria di trasformazione.“Avere Ferrero al nostro fianco in questo progetto è garanzia di visione di lungo periodo, di rispetto per il comparto agricolo, di creazione di valore e di qualità lungo tutta la filiera, ma soprattutto significa poter contare su know how e capacità manageriali, che consentono di trasferire agli aderenti al nostro consorzio stimoli, competenze e un’attenzione costante alla sostenibilità nelle tecniche di coltivazione – dichiara Angiolino Mancini, presidente di Co.Agri.A.. «Il tracollo dei prezzi dei prodotti seminativi impone di valutare altre tipologie di coltivazione – prosegue Angiolino Mancini, presidente di Co.Agri.A. – servono soluzioni agronomiche diversificate a causa di produzioni che non coprono più i costi di produzione.
