La Biblioteca città di Arezzo e la Rete documentaria aretina lanciano un’indagine sui bisogni formativi degli adulti residenti nei Comuni della Provincia di Arezzo La Biblioteca città di Arezzo, capofila della Rete documentaria aretina, promuove un’indagine per rilevare i fabbisogni degli adulti e progettare di conseguenza attività di formazione. Questa iniziativa rientra nel progetto “Giovani e adulti in-formati” promosso dalla Regione Toscana attraverso il Fondo Sociale Europeo + 2021-2027
Il questionario realizzato in italiano e in inglese, che sarà accessibile per tutto aprile, ha l’obiettivo di individuare e coinvolgere diverse fasce della popolazione, analizzandone bisogni espressi e inespressi, aspirazioni e aspettative su cinque aree tematiche: competenze digitali, linguistiche, alfabetizzazione universale, cittadinanza globale e benessere personale. I risultati serviranno a progettare e realizzare i successivi corsi gratuiti che serviranno anche a estendere le opportunità di apprendimento permanente a nuove fasce di utenza e a offrire attenzione ai gruppi a rischio di emarginazione e povertà educativa. I cittadini maggiorenni, residenti o domiciliati nei Comuni della provincia di Arezzo, possono partecipare compilando un questionario online disponibile nei canali social delle biblioteche e degli archivi della Rete documentaria aretina, oppure collegandosi al link della rete stessa arezzo.biblioteche.it Per chi avesse meno confidenza con gli strumenti tecnologi la versione cartacea è disponibile presso la sede della biblioteca in via dei Pileati. “Questa indagine rappresenta un’importante opportunità per comprendere le esigenze formative della comunità e progettare interventi mirati ed efficaci – afferma il presidente Alessandro Artini. Le biblioteche sono chiamate a evolversi per rispondere alle sfide di un mondo in rapida trasformazione e non sono più semplici custodi di libri ma veri e propri centri di promozione culturale e di sviluppo delle competenze chiave per la vita quotidiana e il benessere individuale e collettivo, luoghi d’incontro, di dialogo interculturale e di apprendimento permanente per la cittadinanza”.
