Le modalità di fruizione del pasto da parte del dipendente previste dal vigente Regolamento sono state definite nel rispetto del vigente CCNL, che prevede che, qualora la prestazione di lavoro giornaliera ecceda le sei ore, il personale, purché non in turno, ha diritto a beneficiare di una pausa di almeno 30 minuti al fine del recupero delle energie psicofisiche e della eventuale consumazione del pasto. Di questi la quasi totalità deve recuperare una media di 3 pasti, 20 sono i dipendenti che presentano accessi irregolari superiori a 60 mentre solo 3 dipendenti hanno rispettivamente 115, 165 e 214 pasti da recuperare.Peraltro, a seguito di controlli interni e della sistemazione di alcune anomalie da parte dei dipendenti, i dati sono suscettibili di riduzione. E se dai controlli e dal riscontro dei dipendenti stessi dovesse rivelarsi un addebito errato perché – come riportato nell’articolo – “hanno seguito le regole”, ovviamente le somme non saranno recuperate, così come le stesse potranno essere rateizzate.
