Stefano e Caprese Michelangelo una volta a settimana La Casa Della Salute di Pieve Santo Stefano e Caprese Michelangelo si potenzia aprendo le porte dell’ambulatorio infermieristico di prossimità una volta a settimana anche nel pomeriggio. Un potenziamento che rientra nell’ambito del Progetto Aree Interne. L’orario sarà il giovedì dalle 16:00 alle 17:30 a Pieve Santo Stefano e il martedì dalle ore 16.00 alle 17.30 a Caprese Michelangelo
La presenza infermieristica ha l’obiettivo di potenziare l’assistenza territoriale volta alla promozione della salute per quanto riguarda informazione sanitaria, attività educative, supporto alla somministrazione di terapie, consulenza infermieristica, assistenza infermieristica domiciliare. L’attività viene svolta anche a sostegno dei Medici operanti nella Casa della Salute. All’ambulatorio si accede direttamente, senza appuntamento. L’apertura pomeridiana rappresenta un’implementazione del servizio che va a garantire ai cittadini maggiori risposte nel territorio aggiungendo, così, un altro tassello del progetto per la salute della Comunità.
