Rettifica di errore materiale del regolamento urbanistico relativo alla classificazione di un tessuto di un’area identificata catastalmente al Foglio 80 Particella 55- Approvazione in atto unico sensi dell’art. 21 della L.R. 65/2014 e ss.mm.ii;17. Modifica delle prescrizioni particolari, ai sensi dell’art. 50 comma 12 delle N.T.A. del R.U., dell’annesso denominato “edificio 2” del complesso di cui all’Elaborato 06H – Ambito n.7d – Scheda 22R17, toponimo “Civetta”;18. Rinuncia al diritto di prelazione per alloggio ex A.T.E.R. via S. – Proprietà: G. A.;19.
