FIRENZE – Via libera al bilancio consuntivo 2023: aumentati a 40 i milioni di euro per le erogazioni sul territorio Il Comitato di Indirizzo di Fondazione CR Firenze, riunito questo pomeriggio, sotto la presidenza di Bernabò Bocca, ha approvato all’unanimità il bilancio consuntivo 2023, dopo avere acquisito nei giorni scorsi anche il parere favorevole dall’Assemblea dei Soci.
L’esercizio 2023 si è chiuso con avanzo di 72 milioni di euro, circa 20,9 milioni di euro in più rispetto allo scorso anno (+41%) e dividendi introitati che hanno raggiunto gli 84,8 milioni di euro. Un risultato che consente di aumentare a 40 milioni di euro le risorse per l’attività istituzionale, circa 5 milioni di euro in più rispetto al 2023 e 2,5 milioni di euro in più rispetto ai piani previsionali. Il positivo risultato di gestione permette, inoltre, di accantonare circa 35 milioni di euro destinati sia a salvaguardare e irrobustire il Patrimonio dell’Istituto per le generazioni future (per 26 milioni di euro) che a consolidare per 10 milioni di euro il Fondo di Stabilizzazione delle Erogazioni (che ora si attesta a 107 milioni), che tutela lo svolgimento dell’attività istituzionale di Fondazione CR Firenze, utile a coprire circa 3 anni di erogazioni sul territorio. “Il 2023 è stato un anno non semplice – afferma Bernabò Bocca, Presidente della Fondazione CR Firenze – considerati i conflitti in corso e le emergenze sociali in atto. Anche per l’economia che, seppur modesta, ha registrato una crescita in aggregato, tanto a livello nazionale quanto locale. In questo contesto di luci ed ombre, la Fondazione ha continuato a fornire ampio supporto e sostegno alla propria comunità di riferimento grazie ai risultati che, anche nel 2023, permettono di guardare con ottimismo al sostegno che l’Ente potrà continuare a fornire. Tanto i corposi dividendi ricevuti dalle partecipazioni strategiche, in particolare dalla conferitaria Intesa Sanpaolo – che ringrazio per essere al nostro fianco anche in numerosi progetti di visione e valorizzazione del capitale umano – quanto il buon andamento dei mercati finanziari che ha influito positivamente sugli investimenti della Fondazione, hanno permesso alla Fondazione di segnare nel 2023 i migliori risultati dal 2016, in crescita di circa € 20 milioni rispetto all’anno precedente. Nel presiedere il mio primo bilancio della Fondazione, ci attendono ora altri quattro anni intensi che sono certo lasceranno un altro segno profondo nella storia di questa Istituzione”.
