SANSEPOLCRO – UN OSPITE SPECIALE ALLA MOSTRA “BUITONI E IL SOCIALE” DI SANSEPOLCRO: GHERARDO DINDELLI, L’EX PARTIGIANO DA POCHI MESI CENTENARIO, CHE HA LAVORATO PER 37 ANNI ALL’INTERNO DELLA GRANDE FABBRICA Un visitatore senza dubbio speciale, nel pomeriggio di giovedì 2 maggio, alla mostra “Buitoni e il sociale”, allestita dal 28 marzo nelle sale di Palazzo Alberti a Sansepolcro su organizzazione del Cral Buitoni. Si è trattato di Gherardo Dindelli, conosciuto in città anche per essere l’ultimo partigiano rimasto in vita, che lo scorso gennaio ha compiuto 100 anni esatti, portati con una lucidità davvero straordinaria.
Ma Dindelli è stato soprattutto un dipendente della Buitoni: entrato nel 1941, a 17 anni, è andato in pensione nel 1978, dopo 37 anni di permanenza nella grande fabbrica del Borgo. Quando venne assunto, Dindelli lavorava nel vecchio stabilimento Beta di via del Prucino, la divisione Buitoni che si occupava dei prodotti da forno (nella storica sede c’era l’Alfa), per poi diventare capoturno e infine responsabile dell’intero reparto “forno” nello stabilimento riunificato laddove oggi c’è il Centro Valtiberino. Accolto dal presidente del Cral, Roberto Belli e dal vice, Paolo Nocentini, Gherardo Dindelli si è soffermato per un’ora davanti alle vecchie foto in bianco e nero dedicate all’attività associativa e ricreativa dell’azienda, ricordando con esattezza quasi tutti i volti immortalati in scatti risalenti in qualche caso persino a oltre 70 anni fa. La Buitoni è stata una parentesi fondamentale della vita sua come di quella di tante famiglie del Borgo e della vallata e quindi è stato per lui un gran piacere l’aver potuto rivivere determinati momenti attraverso la nutrita galleria fotografica. Al termine della visita, Dindelli si è complimentato con il Cral per la bella iniziativa che ha avuto e che in poco più di un mese ha portato oltre un migliaio di visitatori. Per motivi organizzativi, infine, la durata dell’esposizione è stata ridotta: la mostra “Buitoni e il sociale” chiuderà pertanto i battenti domenica 12 maggio, al termine di un periodo comunque lungo e pari a 46 giorni.
