Il comitato promotore sta raccogliendo i certificati elettorali e la documentazione necessaria per il deposito Arriverà quindi in Parlamento la proposta di legge per la coltivazione ad uso personale di cannabis.
Dopo quanto accaduto in Germania, dove la cannabis ricreativa è legge dallo scorso 1 Aprile, ora tocca all’Italia? Sarà un percorso ancora lungo ma grazie a questa proposta di legge verrà aperto un nuovo capitolo sul tema della legalizzazione della cannabis in Italia. Si tratta di un obiettivo coraggioso – dice Antonella Soldo, coordinatrice di “Meglio legale”, l’anima e il motore di tutte le associazioni, Aduc tra queste, che si sono fatte promotrici della raccolta firme. Obiettivo coraggioso che dovrà far fronte all’ostacolo principale: evitare che la proposte finisca in un qualche cassetto del parlamento e che su di essa non si discuta mai… approvarla – ovviamente – è un’impresa ancora maggiore.
