Dalle 18.00 alle 23.00 proposte enogastronomiche, musica dal vivo e visite guidate alla suggestiva Fortezza Medicea.

Martedì 2 luglio i cancelli si apriranno alle ore 18.00, poco prima del taglio del nastro in programma alle ore 19.30 nel prato della fortificazione medicea che inaugurerà ufficialmente il grande evento estivo promosso da Confcommercio delle province di Firenze e Arezzo, con il sostegno della Regione Toscana, il patrocinio del Comune di Arezzo, della Camera di Commercio di Arezzo-Siena, e la collaborazione tecnica della Fondazione Guido d’ArezzoLa quinta tappa della dodicesima edizione di Toscana Arcobaleno d’Estate, kermesse che celebra l’inizio della bella stagione con un tour di eventi che coinvolge l’intera regione, vedrà dalle 18 alle 23 un tripudio di offerte gastronomiche presentate dai migliori ristoratori, pasticceri e bartender aretini. In fortezza si potranno gustare dai piatti tradizionali come focacce calde con mortadella o prosciutto crudo, casarecce con ragù di polpo, tartare di Fassona e roastbeef, a opzioni esotiche come il currymadras vegetariano e il temaki di salmone, fino alle specialità senza glutine per celiaci. Un menù pensato per esaltare i sapori della tradizione toscana, e non solo, in una cornice di convivialità e bellezza.Durante la serata gli spazi della fortezza saranno aperti per visite guidate in tre fasce orarie (19, 20 e 21), con la possibilità di prenotare tramite Confguide Arezzo.
