Milano – A Skardu è stata sottoposta a tutti gli esami necessari ed è ora su un aereo per Karachi Con lei, ha lasciato la spedizione anche Amina Bano L’alpinista Samina Baig, componente della spedizione femminile italo-pakistana del Club alpino italiano “K2-70”, ha raggiunto ieri l’ospedale militare di Skardu. È stata sottoposta a tutti gli esami necessari ed è ora su un aereo per Karachi.
L’alpinista pakistana era stata evacuata venerdì scorso dal campo base del K2 per problemi respiratori. Considerata l’impossibilità per gli elicotteri di intervenire a causa del meteo, Samina Baig aveva lasciato il campo base su un cavallino, accompagnata dal fratello, da alcuni portatori pakistani e dall’alpinista Amina Bano, anch’essa componente della spedizione “K2-70”, che è rientrata a casa ieri e sta bene. In questo momento, al Campo base ci sono 30 cm di neve fresca dopo il maltempo dei giorni scorsi. Per riprendere le salite di acclimatamento bisognerà attendere qualche giorno per evitare il pericolo valanghe.
