Cresce sempre più l’attesa per la suggestiva Cena Bianca in piazza Grande, l’evento total white in programma giovedì 18 luglio che richiamerà ai piedi del Loggiato Vasariano numerosi commensali, anche da fuori Arezzo, desiderosi di passare una serata coinvolgente e raffinata.I posti a disposizione sono ormai pochi, ma c’è ancora la possibilità di prenotare contattando uno dei quattro ristoranti di Piazza Grande aderenti all’iniziativa ovvero Logge Vasari, Ristorante Lancia d’Oro, Essenza Dario e Anna e Osteria Grande.La cena, organizzata da Confcommercio con il patrocinio del Comune di Arezzo, dalla Fraternita dei Laici, il supporto di Banca Popolare di Cortona e GP Motors Arezzo – e che rientra nel progetto Vetrina Toscana a Tavola 2024 grazie alla collaborazione con la Camera di Commercio di Arezzo-Siena – avrà inizio alle ore 19:30 con un aperitivo nel grande prato verde fatto di 330 mq di erba vera, che sarà collocato al centro di piazza Grande grazie alla collaborazione con Fabbri Vivai. A preparare gli speciali “Cocktail White” saranno i bar della piazza.Il menù, al costo di € 70, prevede: Il Giardino di verdure: zucchine, fiori di zucca, asparagi, gazpacho di pomodoro, hummus di ceci, Ri-sotto marino: calamari, bottarga, polvere di lattuga di mare, cedro, Geometria di vitella: vitella al sangiovese, ciliegie, fantasia vegetale, Il parfait: yogurt, fragole, caprino. Vino: Pinot NeroLa serata vedrà il coinvolgimento musicale di Deb Jones dallaterrazza della Fraternita mentre la Compagnia Teatrale Accademia Creativa saprà intrattenere i commensali con spettacoli di trampolieri e farfalle luminose. Fino alle 23, inoltre, il Palazzo di Fraternita sarà aperto ai visitatori con le sue mostre collaterali, compresa quella dedicata ai 450 anni dalla morte di Giorgio Vasari e alla progettazione del suo celebre loggiato.
