AREZZO “I bilanci si compongono di tante voci. Perché non risparmiare su centri direzionali e  affitti? Chiediamo ancora l’intervento di tutte le forze politiche, sociali e istituzionali Dopo la recente presa di posizione sui tagli al servizio Cup dell’Asl Toscana Sud-Est, Cisl Arezzo torna a far sentire la propria voce sul tema, chiedendo un intervento fattivo anche delle altre Istituzioni.

Il taglio che la Asl fino ad oggi (18/7) definisce ineludibile e comunicato correttamente nei tempi, avrebbe decorrenza addirittura dal primo agosto. E in provincia di Arezzo non è stato ancora fatto nessun incontro da parte delle aziende interessate con le organizzazioni sindacali. mCi saremmo aspettati più solidarietà da forze politiche, sociali ed istituzionali, invece ci pare di essere rimasti soli! – esordisce Silvia Russo, Segreteria Generale Cisl Arezzo. La Cisl che già era contraria, quasi in solitaria, all’aumento dell’addizionale da parte della Regione Toscana per ripianare il buco di bilancio, adesso si trova, nonostante quella sciagurata iniziativa non sia disinnescata, ad affrontare un taglio dell’appalto che riguarda anche il Front Office nel territorio provinciale di circa 400.000 euro in due anni. Qualcuno sorrideva – ricorda Russo – quando nel 2019 spiegavamo che il front office doveva essere ripensato e reinternalizzato da parte dell’azienda e che i lavoratori dovevano entrare a lavorare in Asl direttamente tramite concorso, adesso ci troviamo di fronte alle conseguenze di questa situazione”. Per la Cisl aretina è davvero impensabile che si cerchi di risparmiare sulle spalle di lavoratori in appalto, da parte di una Asl che dovrebbe assicurare qualità dei servizi ai cittadini e coerenza nel tutelare il lavoro.
