Arezzo. Il progetto del Lions Club International porta oggi ragazzi e ragazze da tutto il mondo ad Arezzo per visitare l’impianto di recupero integrale di Aisa Impianti a San Zeno Attraverseranno tutto lo stivale per visitare città, incontrare le istituzioni e conoscere realtà locali speciali i 50 giovani da 36 paesi in visita in Italia nell’ambito del progetto internazionale “Campo Italia 2024-2026”, promosso da Lions Club International in collaborazione con i club nazionali.
Nel segno del tema “Arte e sostenibilità”, ragazzi e ragazze dai 16 ai 20 anni, provenienti dagli Stati Uniti alla Malesia passando per Brasile, Finlandia, Bulgaria, Turchia, Ucraina, Russia e Giappone arriveranno ad Arezzo domani 1 agosto: tra le tappe aretine, c’è anche la visita all’impianto di recupero integrale di Aisa Impianti s.p.a a San Zeno. I giovani e le loro guide lo visiteranno partecipando anche ad un incontro formativo tenuto dall’Università di Perugia sulle tecnologie di trattamento rifiuti a protezione della salute e dell’ambiente. Il progetto infatti prevede incontri che promuovano il “valore ambiente” in ogni settore. L’idea di organizzare questa tappa di “Campo Italia” è nata dopo la visita nella scorsa primavera di tutti i club service (Rotary, Lions, Inner Wheel) della Valtiberina all’impianto “Zero Spreco”, voluta da Soroptimist: ‘Veniamo ad Arezzo ma abbiamo poco tempo, non potremo vedere niente’. Questo mi disse Loriana Fiordi organizzatrice di ‘Campo Italia’. E invece no. Abbiamo il tempo per far conoscere a tanti giovani una realtà straordinaria, che sarà un grande arricchimento anche per i loro percorsi di studi- ha spiegato Ilaria Lorenzini, presidentessa del club Soroptimist di Sansepolcro. Certa della collaborazione che avrei trovato con Aisa Impianti e con il presidente Giacomo Cherici, mi sono messa in moto: oltre 50 giovani ragazzi e ragazze arriveranno qui da tutto il mondo”.
L’evento ha luogo giovedì 1° agosto dalle 10:00 alle 13:00 presso l’impianto di recupero totale rifiuti di San Zeno.
