Firenze, – Immaginiamo, per un attimo, che il Comitato Besostri continui a essere ignorato e oscurato e che la prossima primavera non si possano votare i referendum abrogativi delle liste bloccate e dei marchingegni del Rosatellum.
Il fallimento dell’iniziativa unitaria e trasversale “Io Voglio Scegliere” renderebbe difficile raggiungere il quorum anche per le altre iniziative e indebolirebbe altre proposte per la partecipazione, la democrazia, l’ambiente, la giustizia sociale, che sono attualmente attive sulla piattaforma pubblica.Ma accadrebbe di peggio: le prossime elezioni politiche si svolgerebbero ancora con il Rosatellum (a meno che non sia addirittura peggiorato dagli avventati che vogliono un parlamento ancora più asservito all’eventuale “podestà” d’Italia eletto direttamente).Sarebbe un disastro, perché l’astensionismo crescerebbe ancora.I sostenitori del centrodestra e del “campo largo” – per quanto tifosi dei loro leader – sarebbero ancora una volta disgustati dalla spartizione dei posti nel parlamento dei “nominati”.Le comunità politiche che restassero fuori dal bipolarismo coatto resterebbero senza voce o, peggio, si radicalizzerebbero.In tutte le formazioni politiche crescerebbero il culto del “capo”, conformismo, bigottismo, settarismo, estremismo.Siamo alle ultime settimane utili per restituire ai cittadini un voto libero, diretto, personale, uguale.
