Distretto interregionale di economia civile: venerdì 6 settembre a Città di Castello la presentazione pubblica del manifesto programmatico Un’occasione per far conoscere alla cittadinanza il progetto nato da un’idea di Fondazione Progetto Valtiberina e presentare le linee di sviluppo elaborate dalla rete promotrice del distretto
Si svolgerà venerdì 6 settembre presso la Sala consiliare del comune di Città di Castello l’incontro pubblico dedicato alla presentazione ufficiale del manifesto programmatico del distretto interregionale di economia civile dell’ Alta Valle del Tevere umbra e toscana, nato da un’idea di Fondazione Progetto Valtiberina. Il progetto mira a delineare una visione territoriale condivisa per lo sviluppo di un modello economico inclusivo e sostenibile: l’Alta Valle del Tevere umbra e toscana ha deciso, quindi, di istituire il primo distretto interregionale di economia civile con l’obiettivo di costituire una comunità territoriale collaborativa in grado di attivare processi virtuosi volti all’innovazione e alla sostenibilità sociale, economica, culturale ed ambientale adottando percorsi di rigenerazione e riutilizzo. Per fare questo, 20 associazioni del territorio in rappresentanza della società civile organizzata hanno elaborato un manifesto programmatico con l’intento di fissare alcuni obiettivi che possano essere d’ispirazione nella realizzazione pratica di un distretto interregionale che sia modello inclusivo, sostenibile e innovativo. Il manifesto è stato presentato in anteprima lo scorso luglio in occasione dell’incontro “Rivoluzioni possibili” organizzato nell’ambito di Kilowatt festival: venerdì 6 settembre sarà quindi l’occasione non soltanto per presentare ufficialmente alla cittadinanza le linee di sviluppo e azione definite all’interno del manifesto, ma anche per approfondire il programma del progetto.
All’incontro, che si svolgerà alle ore 18.00, saranno presenti le istituzioni locali, Fondazione Progetto Valtiberina, i membri della rete promotrice del distretto, imprese e associazioni di categoria.
