Nuovo ciclo di incontri gratuiti dedicati alla promozione della salute e alla prevenzione a partire dal 10 settembre nei Comuni di Sarsina e Mercato Saraceno. L’iniziativa è organizzata nell’ambito del Piano Regionale della Prevenzione 2021- 2025 dal Servizio Igiene e Sanità Pubblica in collaborazione con il Dipartimento di Cure Primarie di Forlì Cesena, le Amministrazioni Comunali e il Volontariato
Si parte martedì 10 settembre a Sarsina, dalle ore 9.30 alle ore 11.30 nella Sala Polivalente (via IV Novembre 13) con l’evento “muoviAMOci a Sarsina” alla scoperta delle opportunità del territorio per praticare attività fisica e mantenersi in salute in modo economico e divertente. A Mercato Saraceno sono in programma 3 eventi che si svolgeranno al Centro ricreativo culturale Auser (via Sandro Pertini, 3): martedì 17 settembre, dalle 10 alle 12, “Occhio all’etichetta” per approfondire i temi di una sana alimentazione e imparare a leggere l’etichetta dei cibi; martedì 1 ottobre dalle ore 10 alle 12, “Un passo alla volta” con una passeggiata insieme al Tecnico delle Attività Motorie dell’AUSL; martedì 15 ottobre dalle 14 alle 16, “Il carrello della salute” per imparare afare la spesa riempiendo il carrello in maniera gustosa e salutare. Gli incontri saranno condotti da dietisti, assistenti sanitari e tecnico delle attività motorie dell’U.O Igiene e Sanità Pubblica Forlì-Cesena.
