MONTEPULCIANO – il cinquantesimo anno contradaiolo si chiude con l’assegnazione dell’Arca d’Argento e del Premio “Memorial” Trabalzini Domenica 15 settembre agli Ex Macelli di Montepulciano si svolgerà l’ultimo atto del Bravìo 2024: la chiusura dell’anno contradaiolo sarà l’occasione per assegnare l’Arca d’Argento e i premi dedicati ai migliori sbandieratori e tamburini del Bravìo delle Botti. Per festeggiare un’ultima volta l’importante traguardo dei cinquant’anni sabato 14 le vecchie glorie e il Gruppo Sbandieratori e Tamburini sfileranno in un corteo e si esibiranno in Piazza Grande.
Il Bravìo delle Botti 2024 arriva alla conclusione dei suoi festeggiamenti ed eventi con l’ultimo appuntamento in programma per domenica 15 Settembre presso gli Ex Macelli di Montepulciano. Il prossimo fine settimana, infatti, si chiuderà ufficialmente l’anno contradaiolo con la consegna dei premi dell’Arca d’Argento e dei trofei per i migliori Sbandieratori e Tamburini, insieme a tanti altri importanti momenti. Si archivia così un’edizione speciale, quella dei cinquant’anni, che per varie motivazioni rimarrà per sempre nel cuore dei contradaioli poliziani. Un’importante partecipazione del pubblico, un calendario degli eventi distribuito su tutto l’anno, la persistente presenza dei ricordi e della memoria e la grande corsa di domenica 25 agosto conclusasi con l’ottava vittoria da parte della contrada di Voltaia. Un anno ricco di colpi di scena che ha saputo smuovere gli animi di tutta la comunità. A precedere la giornata di domenica un ultimo momento di festeggiamenti: sabato 14 settembre alle ore 17:00 un corteo, formato dagli ex membri del Gruppo Sbandieratori e Tamburini e dall’attuale Gruppo, partirà dalla Colonna del Marzocco fino ad arrivare in Piazza Grande, dove entrambi i gruppi si esibiranno in vari numeri. Un’occasione per suggellare il forte rapporto tra vecchie e nuove generazioni, pilastro fondamentale per la crescita e il futuro del Bravìo delle Botti. La giornata di domenica 15 Settembre inizierà alle ore 09:00 con l’ultimo corteo storico lungo le vie di Montepulciano e alle ore 10:00 la Santa Messa, presieduta dal parroco Don Domenico Zafarana, nel Santuario di Sant’Agnese dove si terrà la chiusura della teca della patrona che conclude simbolicamente l’anno contradaiolo. A seguire, esibizione degli sbandieratori e tamburini della Contrade di Montepulciano nel piazzale di Sant’Agnese. Nel pomeriggio, appuntamento dalle ore 16 agli ex Macelli, durante il quale i rappresentanti del Magistrato delle Contrade e dell’amministrazione comunale tracceranno il bilancio dell’edizione 2024 del Bravìo delle Botti.
A seguire si svolgerà la consegna dei trofei “Memorial cav. Aldo Trabalzini” alle migliori coppie di sbandieratori e tamburini di Montepulciano, e il premio “Arca d’Argento” per il miglior corteo storico, che negli ultimi anni ha visto trionfare le contrade di Voltaia nel 2023 e Le Coste nel 2022. La giornata di premiazioni vedrà anche la consegna del premio “Bravìo nel Cuore”, assegnato dal Magistrato delle Contrade alle personalità che maggiormente si sono impegnate nella crescita della manifestazione, e infine le premiazioni del concorso “Attimi di Bravìo”, organizzato in collaborazione con il Photoclub Poliziano che per il secondo anno, oltre al concorso, ha organizzato un vero e proprio corso di formazione curato da Carlo Pellegrini e Giacomo Bai.
