“Menopausa a tutta Salute”, al via corsi gratuiti a Cesena e Cesenatico

Aperte le iscrizioni per partecipare gratuitamente al ciclo di incontri sulla menopausa per approfondire le tematiche più frequenti con professionisti esperti Sono aperte le iscrizioni per partecipare a “Menopausa a tutta salute”, il ciclo di incontri gratuiti promossi dall’Ausl per informare le donne sugli aspetti fisiologici e psicologici della menopausa.

Dopo il successo delle precedenti edizioni il progetto torna quest’anno con due corsi arricchiti di nuove collaborazioni e contenuti: l’incontro con un esperto dietista e, grazie al contributo del Dipartimento di Sanità Pubblica, la partecipazione ad un laboratorio di cucina e a una camminata in compagnia dove mettere in pratica alcuni consigli in tema di corretta alimentazione e movimento.   I corsi sono in programma a Cesena (presso il Consultorio Familiare di Piazza Anna Magnani 147 (scala A, 1 piano) il2, 9, 16, 23, 30 ottobree il 5 e 13 novembre; a Cesenatico, presso il Museo della Marineria (via Carlo Armellini 8)il 4, 11, 20, 25 novembre e il 2, 9 e 16 dicembre. Ciascun corso si articola in 5 incontri di gruppo gratuiti a numero chiuso (massimo 20 persone), in programma dalle ore 16 alle 18, con diversi professionisti esperti (Ginecologo, Psicologo, Medico di famiglia, Ostetrica, Dietista) e la presenza di una ostetrica che in qualità di tutor accompagnerà le signore a tutti gli incontri. A conclusione degli incontri sono previsti un laboratorio di cucina e una camminata di gruppo.Passaggio naturale della vita della donna, la menopausa non è sinonimo di malattia ma di un cambiamento naturale dell’assetto ormonale che non porta necessariamente a problemi.  Mentre l’età media di ingresso nella menopausa si è mantenuta costante intorno ai 50 anni, l’aspettativa di vita nel corso dei secoli si è progressivamente allungata, allargando il tempo trascorso in questa fase, che può durare anche più di 30 anni.  Il progetto ‘Menopausa a tutta salute’ – spiega la dottoressa Antonella Brunelli, Direttore dell’unità operativa Pediatria e Consultorio Familiare Cesena – vuole favorire, attraverso una serie di incontri, la comunicazione diretta con professionisti esperti ai quali le donne possono liberamente porre quesiti, approfondire le tematiche più frequenti e ricevere informazioni scientificamente valide, offrendo al contempo anche la possibilità di socializzare e condividere alcune esperienze e problematiche”.
