Un popolo di indebitati senza futuro… potrebbe essere la fotografia dei risparmiatori italiani, che al 52,7% secondo il Crif (1) ha debiti che paga a rate. Dati del primo semestre di quest’anno, con una crescita del 2,6% rispetto all’anno precedente. Molti mutui immobiliari (+22,3%) che altrimenti si resta a vivere dai parenti visto che non esiste più il mercato degli affitti lì dove si va per studiare o lavorare, le città in cui si affitta solo a prezzi stratosferici e quasi solo per quelli brevi turistici

E poi i prestiti personali e finalizzati, grazie ai quali si fa credere che l’inflazione sia contenuta perché, pur a prezzi sempre in crescita, si trova il metodo per consumare. Questo alla vigilia di un probabile calo di un quarto di punto degli interessi stabiliti dalla Bce. Calo che dovrebbe favorire ulteriori richieste di prestiti. Dopo che in questi ultimi anni, sono stati rallentati perché, grazie ai tassi alti, era meglio risparmiare di più e fare abbassare l’inflazione.
Se così sarà, altro che 52,7%… si andrà molto più in alto. E i risparmiatori saranno nelle mani di mercati speculativi come gli affitti, che cresceranno e si sarà più stimolati a chiedere prestiti, sempre più necessari, per comprare casa fino a consumi e bisogni del quotidiano. Torna tutto? Va bene essere nelle mani di chi, col credito, ci permette di mangiare e respirare? Nelle mani di banche di cui non possiamo fare a meno, mentre una sana economia dovrebbe essere al contrario, di banche che hanno bisogno di risparmiatori. Questa la riflessione che dovrebbe essere fatta da chi ci amministra e governa, che invece sembrano solo interessati a vedere i numeri crescere, abbandonando poi ognuno a se stesso e a chi è stato concesso di impossessarsi della nostra vita, che diventano a loro volta proprietari anche di chi ci amministra e governa.

Non esistono formule vincenti, ma solo mercato e concorrenza, opzioni verso le quali i nostri politici, di governo e opposizione, non dimostrano interesse.

Vedremo se e come verrà considerato il cosiddetto piano Draghi, oggi presentato in Europa.
