Arezzo Laboratori e workshop: “Zero Spreco” e Confartigianato insieme per la Giornata Mondiale dell’Alimentazione 400 ragazzi hanno celebrato la Giornata Mondiale dell’Alimentazione al polo tecnologico di Aisa Impianti s.p.a a San Zeno.
Un evento speciale in collaborazione con Confartigianato Imprese Arezzo per imparare l’importanza della salute del pianeta, del benessere a tavola, del risparmio energetico e dell’uso corretto delle materie prime. Nata per ricordare in tutto il mondo la fondazione della FAO, l’Organizzazione mondiale per l’alimentazione e l’agricoltura, il titolo della giornata mondiale dell’alimentazione di quest’anno è stato “il diritto al cibo per una vita e un futuro migliori”, un principio di giustizia universale per ogni cittadino del pianeta sempre più fragile a causa dei cambiamenti climatici, dei conflitti e di politiche distruttive per il pianeta. Le classi prime dell’I.S.I.S “Angelo Vegni” di Cortona, le seconde medie dell’Istituto Comprensivo “G. Vasari”, i ragazzi dell’Istituto Comprensivo Monte San Savino e del Liceo Scientifico Linguistico Francesco Redi, hanno partecipato ad un’intensa mattina di corsi e workshop. Oltre alla visita guidata all’impianto di recupero integrale, suddivisi in gruppi, gli studenti hanno preso parte a sei incontri su altrettanti temi: “Agricoltura sostenibile” con l’agronomo Marco Rosselli di Coldiretti; il laboratorio sulla corretta alimentazione curato dalla nutrizionista Barbara Lapini; “La povertà alimentare nella società Occidentale” curato da Andrea Dalla Verde di Caritas; “Il ciclo integrato dei rifiuti e la corretta raccolta differenziata” con Massimo Materazzi di Gestione Ambientale; “Le soluzioni tecnologiche nel trattamento dei rifiuti” con Lorenzo Ceccherini di Aisa Impianti e infine, lezione di astronomia e visita all’Osservatorio solare, a cura del Gruppo Astrofili Arezzo.“E’ importantissimo rendersi conto di persona cosa sono gli impianti- ha detto il presidente di Aisa Impianti s.p.a Giacomo Cherici. Sono necessari alla gestione trasparente dei rifiuti e al mondo dell’igiene ambientale, eppure sembrano ancora qualcosa di sconosciuto. Quando non si conoscono, succede che non si hanno stimoli a ridurre i rifiuti, cosa fondamentale per andare a impattare meno sulle tariffe e sull’ambiente. Se noi non conosciamo gli impianti non possiamo parlare di gestione dei rifiuti, perché non conosciamo nulla di quello che c’è a valle del cassonetto.
