Grossetano)Sono stati ben otto i titoli italiani – sei per le categorie B e C nel Maschile e due per le stesse categorie nel Femminile – assegnati nella mattinata di domenica 27 ottobre 2024 in quel di Zanè, in provincia di Vicenza. Due titoli sono andati a società dell’Emilia Romagna, altrettanti a gruppi boccistici della Lombardia; i rimanenti alle Marche, all’Umbria, all’Abruzzo e a Bolzano

Nel femminile sono stati assegnati 2 titoli italiani. Nella categoria C – 48 le atlete partecipanti – a conquistare il tricolore è stata Giada Lombardo (Bolzano – BZ), che nell’ultima partita ha sconfitto l’atleta Toscana Lorita Leonori di Bocce Arezzo: 12 a 2 il risultato finale, che ha conquistato il titolo di vice campionessa italiana. Ma la nostra atleta nonostante la sconfitta, ha espresso un buon gioco durante la scalata per la finale. Ai quarti di finale ha affrontato Teresa Rescigno (G.Garibaldi) battendola 12-2. In semifinale con un’altra prova convincente ha battuto l’atleta di La Torre, Grazia Lanzillo, con il punteggio di 12-6, ottenendo così un ottimo risultato per lei e per Bocce Arezzo.

Anche nel maschile, è stato raggiunto un buon risultato dagli atleti toscani.

Nella coppia della categoria C – 32 le formazioni iscritte – la coppia del Circolo Bocciofilo Grossetano, Franco Maggio/Gabriele Francardi, sono arrivati sul terzo gradino del podio, battuti dalla coppia vincitrice del titolo italiano, Ferdinando Cavallaro e Alvaro Severi (Bastia – PG), per 12 a 7. Per la Toscana erano presenti anche Rachele Maggio della Bocciofila Cortona Bocce per la categoria B individuale femminile, Stefano Puosi della Bocciofila Viareggina e Giacomo Gosti della Bocciofila Migliarina per la categoria B individuale maschile, Riccardo Mazzoni e Michele Mazzoni della Bocciofila Cortona Bocce per la coppia di categoria B maschile. Per la categoria C, nell’individuale femminile Donella Violi della Bocciofila Montecatini – Avis, Ernesto Ferente del Circolo Bocciofilo Grossetano e Nicola Banchelli della Bocciofila Sestese per l’individuale maschile e per la terna sono scesi in campo Ivano Bertuccelli (Bocciofila Viareggina), Vincenzo Ferrari (Bocciofila Garfagnana) ed Emiliano Morri della Bocciofila Viareggina.
