Lo sportello sarà aperto il primo e il terzo mercoledì di ogni mese dalle 14.00 alle 16.00 nella sede Asl di via Curtatone 54, stanza 207 (secondo piano) e sarà tenuto da un medico palliativista. Il servizio nasce per offrire alla cittadinanza informazioni sulle disposizioni anticipate di trattamento, note anche come biotestamento o testamento biologico e prevedono la possibilità di esprimere il proprio consenso o rifiuto su accertamenti diagnostici o trattamenti terapeutici, in previsione di una eventuale futura incapacità di comunicare la propria volontà. Attraverso lo sportello della Asl si potrà, anche, procedere alla nomina di un fiduciario, alla modifica o revoca delle proprie disposizioni e si potranno avere informazioni sulle modalità di registrazione delle DAT o compilarle direttamente sul posto. Le DAT sono regolamentate in Italia dall’art. 4 della legge 219/17 e possono essere revocate o modificate in qualunque momento.
