MAROCCO – MARIA PIA OELKER E LUIGI FALASCONI, UNA SCUOLA IN LORO RICORDO SULLE MONTAGNE DELL’ATLANTE IN MAROCCO – Il 28 ottobre 2024, la Scuola di Imi Nogni (che conta attualmente più di cinquanta bambini), nella Regione di Ait Bououlli a circa 2000 metri sulle montagne dell’Atlante nell’entroterra del Marocco è stata intitolata a Maria Pia Oelker e Luigi Falasconi.
Assieme a Serena Falasconi figlia di Maria Pia e Luigi ho assistito ad una storia bellissima in varie vesti. Ero presente come cronista dei mezzi di comunicazione che stanno aspettando la ricca documentazione che ho raccolto, come Consigliere comunale del Comune di Sansepolcro che tramite il Sindaco Fabrizio Innocenti mi ha chiesto, dal momento che già qui mi recavo, di rappresentare ufficialmente la città di Sansepolcro. Permettetemi di dire però che la veste che mi ha fatto piacere di più di indossare è stata quella di amico delle due care persone che, sono certo, avrebbero avuto piacere che io fossi qui in questo momento. Avevo avuto modo di raccontarli, in vita, in mostre e esposizioni piuttosto che nel corso di presentazione di libri avevo avuto più volte occasione di parlare di loro, ma mai avrei immaginato di rappresentarli dopo la loro dipartita terrena, e soprattutto così lontano; alla fine il deserto del Sahara è proprio dietro le nostre spalle. Pia era una persona che in varie vesti aveva rappresentato anche le istituzioni, una scrittrice con 22 romanzi pubblicati e alcune decine di saggi storici e testi per ragazzi mentre Luigi sportivo e campione di calcio si era distinto negli ultimi anni per le sue fotografie e anche per i suoi dipinti che erano confluiti in varie pubblicazioni. Questo secondo rifuggendo in ogni modo i convenevoli e le cerimonie avrebbe sicuramente sorriso del fatto che in qualche modo io ero il tramite di una ufficialità così formale peraltro rivolta anche alla sua persona. In attesa di consegnarvi il documentario dettagliato del momento di intitolazione che è stato girato non da me, occupato nella cerimonia, con un mezzo professionale vi consegno gli scatti che Serena mi ha fatto. Oltre alla targa abbiamo donati il volume fotografico di Luigi “Emozioni”, tante cartoline di Sansepolcro e il romanzo di Maria Pia “Un sasso nello stagno”. Non sono mancate tante caramelle e materiali didattici per la verità con le collaborazioni di Andrea Guerrini di Artigrafiche e Marisella Chieli della Cartolibreria Marisella. “La prima volta qui nella nella Vallè, come la chiama Mohammed, nel villaggio di Ai Bououlli in particolare da una parte è stato come se ci fosse stata altre volte avendo visto le foto e i racconti del babbo quindi è stato un effetto strano, in realtà, tante cose vederle effettivamente per la prima volta come nuove altre sembravano stranamente familiari come alcuni volti che appunto avevo visto nelle foto piuttosto che certe impressioni che mi ha raccontato il babbo – ha detto Serena Falasconi Ölker – e una terra sicuramente emozionante anche perché nettamente diversa dal Marocco che magari uno può vedere giù nella valle di Marrakech o altre zone perché la cultura effettivamente è molto diversa; estremamente interessante la vita delle persone, il modo di fare l’energia non contaminata da tante cose da cui ormai noi siamo decisamente contaminati. Trovarsi qui è estremamente rinfrescante e rilassante. Ecco, in uno stato dove l’essere umano è molto più diretto c’è stata una comunicazione nonostante la barriera linguistica. Il paesaggio paesaggio strabiliante in una terra dove si sente veramente l’origine dell’uomo e dove ancora hanno delle tradizioni che ti riportano immediatamente a quella che è anche la tua origine decisamente profonda”. Una autentica Festa che sta continuando in queste ore che ci ha coinvolti in varie dimensioni emozionali….ma le cose che ho da dirvi sono talmente tante che mi riesce difficile dirle adesso e tutte insieme. “Luigi prima e poi anche Pia – ha detto Mohammed Ait Benkoum Responsabile dell’Associazione Anegbi Ait Bououlli che si occupa delle scuole della Regione, autentico factotum del territorio – sono le radici di un grande albero e voi amici di Sansepolcro che siete venuti a raccontare la grande storia del legame di loro con la nostra terra siete i rami e le ramificazioni”. Tanti i consensi raccolti anche dalle tre insegnanti del plesso scolastico che hanno accolto con grande soddisfazione una giornata diversa e significativa guidando i bambini composti nel canto. “È stato un piacere essere presente nella piccola scuolina di Imi Nogni, un onore che l’abbiano intitolata ai miei – continua Serena Falasconi – e sentire appunto la presenza del mio babbo della mia mamma con un progetto che appunto racchiude proprio le loro passioni e i loro ideali”. La delegazione composta da Serena Falasconi e da me ha potuto in questi giorni visitare anche dell’altra scuola dedicata a Rosetta Del Bene altra cittadina di Sansepolcro, cugina di Beppe Martini, quest’ultimo coinvolto insieme ad altri amici nelle attività di beneficenza su questo territorio. Abbiamo potuto anche visitare i villaggi dell’aria, alcuni laboratori di manifatture della terracotta e anche della lavorazione della lana e della tessitura. Da lontano ci hanno seguito tanti amici che negli anni hanno accompagnato Luigi nei viaggi in questo territorio e ci hanno raggiunti con messaggi sempre di grande affetto e sostegno tra gli altri gli auguri di Giorgio l’altro figlio della coppia. Non ci è qui possibile citare tutti questi amici ma li abbiamo sentiti presenti in vario modo e siamo sicuri che volano organizzarsi per essere presenti alla inaugurazione ufficiale, dopo i lavori in fieri, della scuola con la denominazione che sapete. Riuscire a fare funzionare questa piccola cerimonia ha significato superare lunghi viaggi e non poche difficoltà e si è conclusa con un rocambolesco ritorno a piedi alla base sotto una neve battente e un freddo inatteso, risolto grazie all’intervento di muli e, per un tratto, di un fuoristrada per il guado dei torrenti in piena.
