Dopo le tante manifestazioni promosse ed organizzate da KAIROS (Sansepolcro – Pieve Santo Stefano – Anghiari – Bologna) nel corso del 2024 per ricordare il Presidente Fanfani a 25 anni dalla scomparsa, si concludono in Senato nei prossimi giorni gli eventi a lui dedicati.
“POLITICA e ARTE: DISEGNI e VISIONI di AMINTORE FANFANI” è il titolo della mostra che il Senato organizza con la collaborazione dei comuni di Sansepolcro e Pieve Santo Stefano e l’associazione Kairos, e che sarà inaugurata a Palazzo Madama (Sala Garibaldi) il 20 novembre alle 15.00 e che resterà visibile fino al 5 gennaio 2025
Un tributo dovuto ad un personaggio straordinario, che ha attraversato da protagonista indiscusso la storia del secondo Novecento e che del Senato è stato Presidente per ben cinque mandati. La mostra è costituita da numerose opere originali provenienti in larga parte da un collezionista privato, ma anche dai familiari ed amici del Presidente Fanfani, che nel lontano 1970 aveva organizzato la sua prima mostra proprio nella terra natale, precisamente alle Civiche Stanze di Sansepolcro. La mostra stessa è arricchita dalle “caricature” di alcuni membri dell’Assemblea Costituente, realizzati da Fanfani nel corso della medesima. La cerimonia di inaugurazione avrà luogo alla presenza e con la diretta partecipazione del Presidente del Senato, Sen. Ignazio LA RUSSA.
Seguirà l’intervento del Sen. Pier Ferdinando CASINI, che ha seguito ed assecondato tutte le iniziative realizzate nel territorio, in particolare quella di Bologna.
La Prof.ssa Lietta FORNASARI, curatrice della mostra, ne illustrerà gli aspetti più rilevanti, legati in particolare alla originalità ed attualità dello stile pittorico di Fanfani.
Infine, Franco CIAVATTINI, Presidente di KAIROS, darà conto delle iniziative realizzate nel 2024 e dell’ultimo evento in corso di allestimento.
Alla cerimonia saranno presenti Sindaci e delegazioni di numerosi comuni della provincia di Arezzo (Pieve Santo Stefano – Sansepolcro – Badia Tedalda – Sestino – Monterchi – Chiusi della Verna – Terranuova Bracciolini e altri), ma anche privati cittadini, ancora fortemente legati al ricordo e alla figura del grande statista aretino.
