Queste le parole di Francesco Palazzini, coordinatore comunale di Fdi e Capogruppo in consiglio comunale di Arezzo, che vuole tenere alta l’attenzione sul caso Lebole per cercare di arrivare alla sistemazione definitiva dell’area. “Per Fratelli d’Italia la bonifica dell’area ex Lebole è una priorità. E’ iniziata, come ogni anno, la manifestazione forse più importante per la nostra città in occasione delle festività natalizie in termini di numero di visitatori e siamo ancora costretti a offrire un pessimo biglietto da visita per chi si reca nel nostro centro storico. Prendiamo atto che dopo i nostri interventi e quelli stringenti dell’amministrazione comunale attraverso una apposita ordinanza sindacale, alcune operazioni relative alla ripulitura della vegetazione e alla sistemazione degli accessi all’area sono stati realizzati, ma non basta. Ci aspettiamo che la proprietà ottemperi a tutti gli obblighi previsti dall’ordinanza del settembre scorso  – precisa Palazzini – che prevede anche ulteriori interventi relativi al ripristino del “normale stato di conservazione e manutenzione degli edifici con particolare riferimento alle facciate degli stessi, ripristinando le parti di intonaco ammalorate, la tinteggiatura e la consistenza degli infissi” nonché assicurare “adeguate condizioni di decoro ed estetica degli edifici, provvedendo alla rimozione di scritte e graffiti, nonché della vegetazione rampicante”. Le tempistiche contenute nell’ordinanza sono già ampiamente scadute – conclude Palazzini – chiediamo quindi alla proprietà di intervenire in tempi brevi e all’Amministrazione comunale di valutare la possibilità di far rispettare la propria ordinanza attraverso le prerogative fornite dalle normative vigenti”.
