ACQUAVIVA IN ALPE DELLA LUNA – ISI APRE ALLA RIGENERAZIONE in cammino verso una nuova via del vivere e dell’abitare delle aree interne dell’Appennino. Nascosto tra i sentieri dell’Alpe della Luna, il borgo di Acquaviva nel Comune di Badia Tedalda (AR) ai confini con Borgo Pace (PU) e Sestino (AR), lungo “la Strada della Luna” torna a vivere e apre le porte alle nuove generazioni.

Sabato 23 novembre gli studenti dell’Istituto Europeo di Design di Firenze, accompagnati dai loro docenti e dagli Architetti dello Studio Arcabi che hanno seguito il restauro conservativo , eOettueranno il primo sopralluogo sul territorio, pronti a vivere un’esperienza unica e a dare il via a un percorso di progettazione. L’evento non è che il primo passo di un lungo percorso di collaborazione, che vedrà il borgo diventare oggetto di tesi di design e comunicazione per l’Anno Accademico 2024/2025. La sfida che è stata lanciata alle studentesse e agli studenti è ambiziosa e interessante: proporre iniziative di riqualificazione e comunicazione, con lo scopo di creare un luogo dove l’eredità storica e culturale dialoghi con il futuro dell’abitare. Il borgo Acquaviva diviene ogni giorno di più un laboratorio del fare, un esempio di innovazione e sostenibilità, dove l’eredità culturale dialoga con il futuro. La scelta di aOidarsi alle nuove generazionie alla loro creatività dimostra la volontà di aprirsi a prospettive nuove, per esplorare il senso dell’abitareal di fuori dei grandi circuiti urbani. Grazie all’impegno di Luca Gori, di Giovanni Nicola Ermini e, alla collaborazione dell’Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), questo antico nucleo abitato, abbandonato fin da dopo la guerra, ha intrapreso la via della rinascita. L’opportunità rinnovata di collaborare con IED ha l’obiettivo di fondere il patrimonio storico e culturale del territorio con le idee e le competenze dei designer e dei creativi in comunicazione di domani, per esplorare nuovi equilibri possibili tra eredità culturali e nuovi concetti del vivere e dell’abitare. In un momento storico caratterizzato da grandi mutamenti e da fenomeni diversi e contrastanti (da una parte lo spopolamento dell’Appennino, dall’altra gli spostamenti verticali causati dai cambiamenti climatici), l’obiettivo è di dare vita a un vero e proprio laboratorio del progettare e del fare, in cuiesplorare nuovi concetti di vivere, abitare, accogliere, immaginando una nuova via capace di salvaguardare l’autenticità, senza chiudere le porte al futuro. In questo scenario, Acquaviva in Alpe della Luna diventa il laboratorio ideale per sperimentare, proporre, riprogettare il vivere e l’abitare del domani.
