Con la fine del 2024 il Comune di Sansepolcro ha ripreso le verifiche a domicilio sulla pratica del compostaggio domestico. I controlli coinvolgeranno le utenze domestiche che hanno dichiarato di effettuare il compostaggio domestico e godono, per questo, di uno sconto sulla fattura TARI del 10%. Le verifiche sono effettuate da 2 operatrici di Sei Toscana che sono riconoscibili grazie a:
– tesserino di riconoscimento con il logo di Sei Toscana;
– automobile di Sei Toscana;
I cittadini saranno contattati telefonicamente dall’operatore che fisserà un appuntamento per eseguire il controllo. Con l’occasione del controllo, l’operatore fornirà supporto tecnico ai cittadini che hanno scelto di praticare il compostaggio, quindi oltre a controllare il compost, risponderà a eventuali domande e darà utili suggerimenti. Queste verifiche sono importanti per controllare che il compostaggio del rifiuto organico sia eseguito correttamente e confermare la riduzione sulla tariffa. Viceversa, i controlli servono anche a individuare le utenze che, pur avendo aderito al compostaggio domestico, non lo praticano e a revocare così lo sconto in fattura.
