Lean Healthcare Awards 2024, l’Asl Toscana sud est premiata in 3 categorie 

La cerimonia di premiazione si è volta a Roma. Il premio è rivolto ai migliori progetti di riorganizzazione di assistenza sanitaria
L’Asl Toscana sud est si aggiudica tre premi per i migliori progetti di riorganizzazione in ambito di assistenza sanitaria. Un prestigioso traguardo raggiunto dall’Azienda che nella serata di ieri è stata premiata alla settima edizione di Lean Healthcare Awards 2024 che si è svolta a Palazzo Brancaccio a Roma. 

Per la categoria “Lean projects” – Premio in ambito logistica e supply chain, l’Asl ha ottenuto il riconoscimento con il progetto “La lean six sigma applicata al conto deposito e al conto visione”, un lavoro di riorganizzazione del sistema di rendicontazione dei device medici (protesi, lente del cristallino, ect) attraverso la simulazione statistica di qualità per monitorare il materiale e il suo utilizzo in un’ottica di ottimizzazione delle risorse. il progetto è già operativo nelle strutture dove è presente un blocco operatorio e migliora il percorso del dispositivo medico all’interno degli ospedali, ottimizzando l’attività lavorativa del personale sanitario coinvolto e la presa in cura della persona assistita. Per la categoria value based healthcare, l’Asl ha vinto il premio “Percorso paziente cronico” con il progetto “Risposta al frequent user per scompenso cardiaco” varato dall’Azienda in cui le esigenze delle persone prese in carico diventano parte integrante del sistema sanitario tanto quanto aspetti tecnici, strutturali, organizzativi o di gestione legati alla cura. Un modello che ha come obiettivo quello di migliorare l’esperienza di cura della persona e allo stesso tempo ridurre il costo dell’assistenza garantendo la sostenibilità del sistema sanitario. Queste le motivazioni del Premio: “Per aver ottimizzato la qualità delle cure, migliorato l’esperienza del paziente e ridotto i costi per il paziente con scompenso cardiaco”. L’Asl Toscana sud est è stata premiata anche nella categoria “IA e digital health” con il progetto “Outliers, dai dati di qualità agli insight decisivi” che ha ridisegnato la capacità di fornire dati aziendali, utili alla programmazione sanitaria, sempre più puntuali e aggiornati grazie ad un sistema alert che avverte l’operatore in caso di anomalie attraverso un algoritmo creato con l’intelligenza artificiale. La motivazione del Premio consiste nella capacità di “aver saputo integrare la metodologia lean e l’intelligenza artificiale nella revisione dei dati aziendali”. Il direttore generale dell’Asl Toscana sud est Antonio D’Urso, presente alla cerimonia di premiazione, ha sottolineato il valore progettuale messo in campo dall’Azienda a favore di una riorganizzazione dei processi sanitari sempre più ottimale: «Sono orgoglioso di questi prestigiosi riconoscimenti che premiano l’innovazione della nostra Asl, un sistema a rete di riorganizzazione sanitaria che ci vede sempre più in prima linea».Presente alla serata di premiazione la direttrice sanitaria Assunta De Luca che ha posto l’accento sulla dimensione innovativa dei progetti vincitori: «Rendere i processi sanitari più moderni, snelli e smart è uno dei nostri obiettivi più ambiziosi che stiamo realizzando grazie al coinvolgimento della squadra di professioniste e professionisti di questa azienda».La referente Lean Aziendale, Silvia Bellucci, ha evidenziato come questi riconoscimenti siano la dimostrazione di come tutti gli operatori e le operatrici lavorino per il miglioramento continuo dell’organizzazione sanitaria: «Mi riempie di orgoglio, in questo difficile periodo per la sanità, far parte di un gruppo che si impegna per garantire valore alle persone assistite e ai sistemi sanitari.  Ringrazio la direzione che ha dato sostegno e impulso ai progetti».
